Excellent location of the hotel: close to the beach, supermarkets, promenade, airport. I was lucky with the room, I think the best in the hotel - the view of the city and the bay is simply amazing!
A good buffet, took HB, quite a variety of dishes for dinner, you can always find something tasty, both meat and fish dishes, usually several variations, there were always fruits. Breakfast too, despite the fact that almost always monotonous, very decent. It's hard to stay hungry. There are good cafes nearby with delicious pizzas, salads and local dishes, but they didn’t go to them enough so as not to get better! Enough food in the hotel.
Towels were changed like almost every day, the only negative - they smell like bleach.
And another minus - WiFi is only paid, and not for the number, but only for 1 gadget, they used it in turn!

The sea on the nearest beach is the most beautiful, the color is no worse than on the islands somewhere in Thailand. Despite the fact that it is very shallow, very far away, the water is clear, at the end of June it was very warm.
Friendly staff, there are Russian speakers, the rest communicate normally in English. We applied with a car rental - everything was perfectly organized without additional costs. fees.
In general, the hotel is an excellent three-ruble note with the right price-quality ratio.
Arenal is a hangout place for local, German and other European youth, so crowds are everywhere day, evening and night, with chants and songs, but this never bothers us, for someone, though it can be a minus.
Despite the fact that we left a bag with gadgets on the beach (the child missed it! ) (be careful: they steal !! ! there was a line of people like us in the police! ), We would return to the hotel and to Arenal again.
