The Jardin Tropical style hotel no longer exists on the island. But the hotel itself is in need of renovation. . Everything is in order. . .
I bought a ticket through Natalie Tours:
1) The flight from Moscow was delayed for an hour, but we arrived at Tenerife airport almost on time. The guide met, placed on the bus, but on the bus we waited for the rest of the tourists for about an hour.

2) Accommodation is quite fast, I was surprised that there were no escorts to the room and porters. I had to drag my suitcase along the way looking for my room... The room was found in a very good location not far from the elevator. The view from the window is exactly what I ordered (front view of the ocean). Everything else is not very... a rickety floor lamp, a small TV screen, albeit a flat one. The room itself is not small and not large, enough for one (18 square meters), the balcony is not large (2 square meters). In the evening, it's fun to sit and look at the moon path in the ocean. There was a collapse in the bath - for some reason there was no screen or curtain in the bathroom, there was a narrow partition in the corner where the shower was attached... as a result, all the water flowed from this partition onto the floor, and at the end of the ablution : ))) the entire floor in the bathroom was knee-deep in water. Room cleaning is so-so - linen and towels "for some reason" were not striking in their whiteness. I was surprised that there were no slippers in the room. Shower gel, milk, shampoo, hair conditioner - a priori absent in the service.
3) There are good places for sunbathing on the territory of the hotel, they are near the pool with ocean water (which is terribly cold) or at the level on which the Las Rocas restaurant is located. Who is too lazy to go to the beaches in the city, you can stay here - a beautiful view of the ocean, the sound of the waves, the air! There is a second pool with fresh water, but there are a lot of children. I didn’t really like the beaches themselves, I didn’t understand the black sand at all....alas... Already on the last day I went to the beach, which I more or less liked - if you go to the right along the embankment from the hotel. There is sand and warm water.
4) The hotel itself - Jardin Tropical - I liked it for 4. I would not give it the prefix 4 sup. I was in Israel in a category 4 hotel (Isrotel 4), although I would give this hotel a solid increase sup. The service seems to be there, but it is somehow imperceptible to the tourist, it seems that the staff lives on its own. If you contact them with questions, you can get an answer in 10%. The attitude towards those who arrived from Russia is not very friendly, and this is clearly felt everywhere..... I chose this hotel because there were excellent reviews, very positive photos, but in real life it turned out to be "a little" wrong. Although if you apply the firm hand of a leader, it is possible to turn all this into a fairy tale (this was probably what was intended at the beginning). Make repairs, build staff, purchase normal towels and bed linen, and much more.
5) The food is very monotonous and tastes the same, the Canaries are very fond of vinegar, in many salads there is a huge amount of vinegar!! ! Not impressed at all with any of the food! everything is as usual. But in the restaurants on the embankment there is very tasty food, which is not available at dinners in restaurants. Very strange, but the hotel does not serve paella, gazpacho, croutons with tomatoes, except for mussels and cold shrimp, there was no seafood at all for dinner. All this can be found in restaurants on the waterfront. You can have dinner from 20 to 50 euros, depending on what you drink....

6) Excursions - everyone liked it, especially Lanzarote. I took Loro Park, observation, Teide volcano, submarine, boat trip and Lanzarote. Siam Water Park and Jungle Park were no longer strong enough. . .
7) in the general background, I liked the rest, if you remove some of the nuances.
