Hello. My husband and I always plan holidays in the winter. There are many tour operators in Yekaterinburg, but we settled on the Alfa travel agency. We met the promoters, they gave an invitation to the presentation, took the phone, a couple of days later called, invited to the presentation. The husband at first did not want to go, but then agreed. Of course, the matter is tedious, all this takes time, but they tell it in such a way that there are no questions left. I was immediately embarrassed that you need to pay an advance payment, and then choose a date for your trip, already closer to vacation. But they stuck so much that they decided to try it (the husband was against it again, but as he says to argue with you, it’s more expensive for himself). We chose a tour to Spain (Tenerife) to the El Marquez Palace resort. Fortunately, the Alfa travel agency did not deceive me and we left on the required date without delay. During the presentation, I was convinced that the company specializes in family vacations and therefore you can go with your husband and children without problems, but at first the resort seemed noisy for a family and I was very upset. In the process of rest, my dissatisfaction still went away. Firstly, very clean, secondly, there is a kitchen and a dining room in the room. Third, a supermarket nearby. Well, in general, it’s beautiful there, the sea is cool, the beach is wonderful, the rocks are beautiful. The guide said that they are listed in the Guinness Book of Records. Rested very well.
