The interior of the hotel and rooms, let's be honest, is outdated, but clean, tidy, no leaks anywhere, nothing was broken. Settled in three minutes, four elevators, 5th floor, sea-view, "conditionally double" bed on wheels, TV, refrigerator, bedside tables, safe, wardrobe, bathroom at the level, a nice balcony with a table and chairs. Housekeeping - top three: despite the tip, garbage bags and bottles were forgotten, the cleaning schedule was not spotted, because. after breakfast they dumped by car. Car rental - at the reception (a good offer and Russian-speaking employees of the rental company), bicycles - in the same place, tickets to the aqua-loro-jungle parks - in the same place. The food was not impressive, but it is rather from the expectations of more, in general, there is everything and for all tastes. We, as supporters of fitness, also found everything for ourselves. I really liked the location of the hotel: the first line, to the "conditionally sandy" beaches to the right and left a kilometer, running or cycling - 500 meters. Always free parking spaces in front of the hotel, very convenient. To the left of the hotel is a pretentious "five" - ​ ​ you can take pictures against the backdrop of Mercedes (just kidding). There are supermarkets a hundred meters to the right and left, which is a plus. Outlets are also in the access area. By the way, I advise shopping lovers in Santa Cruz (El Corte Inglez) just to ask the price, and look for analogues in Las Americas. We, having left two ticket prices in the shopping center, then a couple of times came across more affordable offers in LA and it was a little annoying)))
The reception staff understands and speaks English, a Russian-speaking employee a day before lunch. They didn’t even look at the piano bar, the pool bar was so, for a C grade. There are always free sunbeds by the pool, although the Germans, out of habit, hang them with towels at 6 in the morning. I saw a children's town out of the corner of my eye, I can't say anything about the presence of children's animation and babysitting services, we went without children.
