First time flying to Tenerife. We chose the fairly popular Iberostar Anthelia hotel. Loved the price and good location. The atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant, measured, calm. The staff is just wonderful - helpful, diligent, friendly. We bought the tour through the TPG tour operator. The manager quickly prepared all the necessary documents, the flight was comfortable, a transfer to the hotel was organized, and almost round-the-clock communication was provided. At the reception we were greeted hospitably, settled in the room. The room is spacious and bright. There is all the necessary furniture - a bed, a table, armchairs, a wardrobe, appliances - air conditioning, TV, mini-bar. The bathroom is small. The sinks were taken out into the corridor, but it turned out to be quite convenient. Cleaning daily, towels changed on time. I liked the food, there were a lot of fruits, vegetables, sweets, ice cream, various types of meat, fish, seafood. The territory of the hotel is huge, there are several pools, including heated ones. Lots of loungers. Various entertainment programs are offered daily in the evenings. Wi-Fi catches throughout. Near the hotel there are many shops, restaurants, entertainment venues. We had a great time. Thanks for the great service. We recommend the hotel.
