Yesterday we returned from Tenerife tour operator praised Iberostar Las Dalias 4* very much. We arrived at the hotel at 12-15, immediately settled, asked for a higher floor. They provided the 8th floor, which they were incredibly happy about. A pleasant surprise - a glass of cold champagne at the reception upon check-in, very refreshing after a 6-hour flight.

The room was facing the highway. Yes, the view is beautiful, mountains, nature, but the highway is under the windows, therefore the balcony door (the only window) is closed due to the great noise, it is difficult to sleep, the rumble is around the clock.

If you want a room with access to the swimming pool - pay. The room is tiny, standard bed, TV (with 1 Russian channel (which stopped working on the last day of arrival), bedside table, chair, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning. The hotel is not the first freshness. I was very surprised by this approach, because

4 years ago we rested in Hovima Santa Maria 3 *, and we had an apartment, 2 rooms (a bedroom and a living room-studio, with a kitchen, all necessary kitchen appliances and equipment and a terrace, 3 closets and an entrance hall).

In this situation, all the pluses left us Santa Maria 3 *, because the food is varied here and there, and the room is much better. There are sooooo many people in the dining room, the pool will not accommodate, everything is packed. Of the amenities, they congratulated me on the DR with a bottle of champagne.
The staff is friendly, helpful, everyone is smiling, a very pleasant experience.
Everything seems to be not bad, but something is not right, especially when there is something to compare with, and it’s cheaper at a price of one and a half times.
