We read reviews about this hotel before the trip, in each review the hotel is praised. We bought a ticket and arrived. At the reception, they waved their hand to the side where our number was. No one was even going to see them off, they strayed with a suitcase. The room was old without repair, i. e. the tile was chipped, but puttied, the bath itself seemed to be sanded with something (you can see it from rust), the toilet was not fixed - it staggered, the sink flowed so that the puddle was up to the door, and the socket in the bathroom was without a case (this was seen when the child began to pick with his finger). But our room was still nothing, our neighbor did not have the light in the whole room (the light from the card turns on). Then, after litigation with the hotel and the travel agency, we were all offered to move to another room with a surcharge (12 euros / day) in the same room (standard), but renovated. And in the hotel itself there is an advertisement for this room at the reception for 12 euros per day. Question: what did we pay for when buying a ticket? Why didn't they warn you ahead of time?..... In the "restaurant" they fed the same food, the assortment did not change at all, neither for tomorrow nor for dinner. Shrimps were given once, but by the time they were gone. Things were better with fruits, there were fruits. The hotel does not pull on 4 stars at all, three with an interference fit. Didn't like the hotel at all. These are all excellent reviews they write about themselves. Eat - do not expect miracles from the hotel.
