Our arriving group was settled later, after 2 pm, the rooms were not ready. One indignant tourist at the reception was told: “their bean is sick, you don’t understand Russian... ”, but when the Labyrinth was bent (we had the misfortune to go through it), they immediately called the room and explained in Russian that it was necessary to pay for the remaining days of the stay, or move out. I had to pay. By the way, a foreign partner of the Labyrinth called Terramar Tour took an active part in escalating the situation. I would advise you to pay attention to the host when choosing a tour, avoid Terramar employees.
