The room is cramped, with extra. bed and do not turn around at all. The toilet room is especially crowded, the toilet is standing right between the shower stall, which prevents you from entering, and the sink, as a result of which it is constantly splashed with water, either this way or that. The elevator is so slow that everyone runs up the stairs, from minus the 2nd to the 3rd floor. There is nothing at all in the restaurant in the evening: food is like in a bad McDonald's, and one such dish costs 17-19 euros! In the morning, the so-called. buffet - all three left hungry: a couple of cereals, sliced ​ ​ ​ ​ cheeses, sausages, fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and a couple of stalls with unidentified, inedible food. And we are not "finicky" at all, most of the visitors left the collected food on the plates when they left. . Yes, parking is free, but on the second floor, everyone who wants to stay at night does not fit, in the morning it was not enough to leave, everything and everyone was forced, just like in our yards! We did not go into the sauna, but the small pool in the twilight and bath steam, full of people heated after the sauna, did not tempt. Oh, and they also allow pets, and three times in one evening, near the elevator and on the stairs, we met guests with large dogs. I don’t know where they walk there, but what they smell and bark in the hotel is for sure, personally verified. From the pros, to be objective: convenient location, free Wi-Fi, polite staff, but that's all. If this is the best hotel in Lappeenranta, then I can imagine what the others are doing!
