The hotel is small, warm, quiet, cozy, with a pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. My wife and I spent Christmas holidays here from January 4th to 10th. We took tickets from a trusted tour operator, we have been contacting TPG for a long time and each time we are satisfied with the result. Flights, transfers, escorts went very well this time, our manager Irina was in touch. The hotel reception staff are excellent, hospitable and helpful people. They helped us fill out the paperwork and showed us to our room. The hotel building is small, two-storey. Booked a standard room with a sauna. Very clean, well furnished room. Everything needed was available. The bathroom has a shower, towels, soap-gels, an excellent sauna. Bed with comfortable pillows and mattresses. The equipment is all working. Cleaned up well and quickly. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The breakfasts are excellent, a wide selection of dishes, there are cold and hot snacks, cuts, toasts, cereals, cheeses, fruits and more. Dinners delighted with a daily variety of fish and meat dishes, several side dishes to choose from, salads, vegetables. Impeccable Service. Shops and restaurants are just a few minutes walk from the hotel. There is also a ski base. Actually, as for the hotel, it absolutely corresponds to the level of 4 *, both in terms of service and conditions. We enjoyed our time here and would love to come back in the future. We recommend everyone to visit the K 5 hotel, you will be satisfied.
