The room just sucks! The towel was changed every day which is plus no more cleaning thanks and that's it! The sewerage there smells bad and the water does not drain, the neighbors generally had trouble with this! The staff was ok! We didn’t catch the Internet in our room. Pools with slides there are 3 of them, only one for children, the rest are deep 1.5 and 1.7 m! I didn’t watch the animation! There is no silence at all, until 5 in the morning everyone screams on the street so the hotel is right in the center and after 5 there are already seagulls, that is, sleeping there with sensitive sleep is not real! And this can be continued endlessly. . . In general, if Bulgaria is clearly NOT KUBAN!

Last year we spotted this hotel with my daughter. And now the long search for an agency that could offer “Kuban” ended in success and for good reason. Even two rainy and cool days that met us upon arrival did not upset us. We were literally delighted with everything: the apartments, cleanliness, the attitude of the staff, the abundance of food (including fruits, desserts, ice cream) and, of course, the water park is beyond competition.

Rested with a group of 6 people in June 2010. I liked everything from the first to the last day of my stay at the resort. The food is excellent, varied, everything is very fresh and tasty, a large selection of fruits, pastries, meat dishes from pork, chicken, salads (even with seafood), snacks, drinks.

Everything is very calm, decent. Water park for hotel guests free of charge, animation from 10 am to 10 pm, and then the animators took an organized group to Lazur to a disco (free of charge).
