I chose based on my budget and reviews, so I didn’t expect anything “luxury”. Looking ahead, I can say that in most reviews it looked worse than in reality ...but that's all right.

Accommodation: a room with "tired" furniture, but this did not bother us, as it corresponds to 4 *. A significant minus - there was a little mold in the bathroom and so in all rooms, it makes no sense to try to change it. But everything was fine and working. Central air conditioning. The hair dryer is old and weak, but coped with its function. There is no central light in the room, only from sconces and floor lamps, but this did not bother us, we had enough light.

We lived almost near the reception, so we had wi-fi in the room around the clock!

Service: NOBODY speaks Russian in the hotel. If you do not speak English, then it will be difficult to resolve issues (but it is possible that they call Russian speakers).
The guide can help you in such matters if he speaks Russian himself, since, for example, our guide spoke only English and then with a strong accent. Cleaning daily, but superficial. Of the problematic moments, I can note the showers at the sea - there is very hot water and half of the faucets do not work. If you have wounds on the skin or, like me, a skin disease, it will be very painful to wash off the salt from the skin ((. The taps were asked to be changed several times, but this did not happen. I will also note the solarium separately - it is, firstly, paid , secondly, did not really function, there was no one there, even the pool was completely drained.

Meals: good enough, varied food for a 4, at least we had no problems with the choice of food. Everything is quite tasty, I will not say that it is spicy or with specific spices. I read the review of a girl with a child who was resting at the same time and got poisoned, but we had no problems with food.
Regarding ALL INCLUSIVE from Pegas - it's just not all))) It's a nightmare! Of the available alcohol, only strong alcohol. Beer, champagne, wine - for a fee. But most of all, I was outraged that there was only one bar, and it only works from 13:00 and is located far from the pool, and even more so from the sea (10 minutes to go for sure). Breakfast ends at 10:00 and the next time you can drink only at 13:00, and then you will need to go for drinks every time. By the time you come back, everything is already hot. And this "bar" looks like a table with a machine, where Pegasus tourists can pour drinks for themselves. There's Fanta, Cola and Sprite. Also at the bar you can take coffee, tea, strong drinks. ALL! No snacks, other food, juices, smoothies, NOTHING. This is not Egypt or Turkey, not All in the classical sense at all. The most annoying thing is that there is a bar right next to the pool, but you can’t take drinks there, but you have to go far enough.
The staff is friendly, sociable, practically everyone speaks English well, in this regard, they only enjoyed communication.

The gym is one name, it is dilapidated and old. Of course, who will need to work out - he will succeed, if there is a desire.

Locals visit on weekends and holidays. They also bring groups for a couple of days, passing through. But we were not embarrassed, there was enough space for everyone. At such moments, the Adult only pool saved.

Infrastructure: a 10-minute walk (from the reception to the left) there is a shop, you can take a walk. We also went to the territory of neighboring hotels, they said that they let us into the restaurant. And so, there is nothing more to see in the district, you just need to go on an excursion. I took tours with a local guide.

Animation: everything is simple here ...it is not there! More precisely, nominally it is, but this is one name. We were 2 weeks and all these days EVERY evening there was the same program - a girl danced a belly dance and a couple sang.
There was no daytime program at all, as well as animators.

To sum up, there are a lot of shortcomings, but considering the cost in comparison with other offers, it's worth it if you are ready for the voiced minuses.

And I would like to turn to Pegas separately: I really hope that they monitor mentions of them.

So! Firstly, we had an English-speaking guide who did not even hold an introductory meeting with us. we saw him only on the first day before check-in and that's it! A couple of days before departure, I started writing to him on Viber to find out when our flight was, if it had changed and what time the transfer would arrive for us, so he told me to check when we had a flight! WHAT? Is that my job! But that is not all. On the day of departure, he sent a driver for us, without arriving himself. When we got to the airport, we found out that our flight was postponed by 12 hours!!! ! (and subsequently another 3, for a total of 15).
And he sent us to the airport without bothering to check the information, while he did not answer calls and messages. Answered after 1.5 hours, apparently when I woke up. For you to understand, only we and another family with children arrived at the airport, the rest knew about the transfer and arrived in the evening. As a result, Katerina, the manager of the travel agency "Let's go with us", through which we bought a ticket, answered me and helped with requests for support. A few hours later we were taken to a hotel at the airport, provided with lunch, but before that we had to swear for a long time with representatives of Pegas and Jordan (in English, I note this). In general, I do not recommend anyone to fly with Pegasus.

Beautiful flowering bushes grow on the territory. . Those who love animals enjoy watching cats and birds as they play with each other. . they are well-mannered and do not cause trouble, do not pester and do not ask for food. The room was on the 4th floor in the building where the reception. We never overpay for rooms, because this is a place to store suitcases. . we like to travel, not to sit in the rooms. Considering that this is not summer, it was possible to be in the fresh air all the time. The sun doesn't burn. . sunscreen was not used and for the first time the tan did not peel off after arriving home. The room is normal as everywhere else in the standards. I note the bed is large, there are 4 pillows and a blanket are very pleasant and comfortable. 2 large wardrobes, there is a Russian. Channels like them 3. Quality grohe faucets. Towel changed daily. Swans were spun, water and coffee were replenished regularly. We always thank people with sweets brought and we and they are pleased. Cleaning was good. . We even asked a couple of times not to clean the room. I did not go with white gloves and did not look for dust. There were mosquitoes a couple of times, but we ourselves were to blame for not covering the balcony with a net when leaving for dinner. The food is top notch. Croissants are baked in front of you and you can't come off crispy, airy from them. Honey is very tasty. Someone wrote potatoes in their skins served, well, it’s baked and healthy and not in uniform like ours). Juices in the morning as freshly squeezed, but they turned out to be from the packages. We went early in the morning to the Terrace and breathed the sea at 6.30 am, then at 7.00 breakfast and on the sea. Silence, birds and few people at this time, what else is needed because this is a holy land and entertainment is not very important here. You can stay in your thoughts for a while. We managed to cover ourselves with mud before the excursion and wash ourselves) I don’t advise you to travel with Pegasus very very expensive !! ! And if anything happens, you get sick. . . no one will return the money! And they are not small (((Previous guests advised us a local guide who speaks excellent Russian and loves his country. After his tour, you will fall in love with Jordan and fake coming back again! The prices are reasonable, and most importantly, the price is not per person like Pegasus, and for the whole car. It's up to 4 people. There were 2 of us and the price suited us. We went to the Jordan River to the place of baptism. It was excellent, we were completely alone. It was possible to feel and feel the grace, it is very different for a week and a half of the bus. It turned out both the video and the photo are very beautiful)) Calmly, candles, icons were bought and notes were filed without fuss. to buy... no one imposed anything on us. We learned a lot of interesting things about Jordan. That's why we will return to this country again to see what we did not see this time. With Abbas We wrote off and Viber His phone +962785150033. We were satisfied with our holiday!! ! Thanks to the service staff, chefs and local guide Abbas!!! !

Those who go on vacation will be happy, unless they set themselves up for negativity. Excursions were taken from a guide, as once burned on a street agency in Jordan. Arsen (that was the name of our guide) helped, was friendly, helped us in many matters. In general, the holiday was satisfied. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel is excellent, no frills, but nothing to complain about. I must say right away - we were going to be treated (my husband has psoriasis), for this purpose the hotel is completely suitable. Its own good beach, the sea is natural, "alive" unlike Israel (there are salt sedimentation tanks), also, in comparison with Israel, there is free mud on the beach, which a specially trained person extracts several times a day and replenishes the containers intended for it. The room is spacious, everything is there, as in Turkish 5. There are certain difficulties with water, but they are solved by driving on the way from the airport to any store and buying the required amount of water. For example, the climate in this area requires the consumption of at least 2 liters of water per person per day. You get a 0.6l bottle per person in your room for the day and plus free water at breakfast. That is, at least a liter per person per day is not enough for you. Buying at the hotel is expensive. 3 dinars (almost 3 EUR) for a 1.5l bottle, while in any store a package (6 pieces x 1.5l) costs only 1.8 dinars. We solved this issue simply, we drove into the store and bought several packages at once. . By the way, we were very lucky with the Guide, his name was Jeres and this is the first guide for all our 7 years of travel, who treated us not as a "cow that needs to be milked", but really like a human being, i. e. I must do everything to make you feel good in our country. By the way, this is another feature of Jordan - people are very friendly towards tourists. Where will you see a traffic cop in our country, who, having stopped the minibus and having learned that tourists are traveling in it, will blur in a smile "for $ 150" and will say something like the following "Welcome to Jordan, I hope you enjoy your stay in our country. " I can write the guide's contacts in a personal if anyone needs it, he speaks Russian. Now about food - I do not cultivate food, so everything suited me. Several types of meat, chicken and fish. It was for every dinner. Side dishes are different, salads are many. There are almost no dairy products. True, a separate word for baking. These are their signature dishes. Always a lot and varied (Turkish pastries are not worth next!!! ). In general, it is worth saying that everything they have is NATURAL, it is very difficult to eat a 100 g ice cream cone, so nutritious it is, made from natural milk. By the way, when buying a tour, ask to fly with Jordanian Airlines, and not with our Umair - this airline is a different story (at least read reviews about it on the Internet and then only make a decision). Jordanian airlines are somewhat more expensive, but the planes are new and flights are without delay. If you want to buy cosmetics, then the best company is Trezhars (buy cosmetics in advance, because there is only RIVAGE in duty free, it is more popular due to this, more expensive, but the Jordanians themselves prefer Trezhars). I will answer any questions because I think that everything needs to be thought out in advance so that the vacation starts and goes well : )

There are always enough sun loungers for everyone, there is no problem with this, but only near the pools, because on the beach, which is located on a hill from the sea, there is a very limited number of sun loungers. The sea is wonderful, and I highly recommend swimming behind the buoys, because they are there just for the sake of form, further, the sea is cleaner and the view of the coast and nearby hotels is simply gorgeous!
To the left and right of a small beach in the sea is shallow and you can get the sea mud from the bottom yourself. Remember, real quality dirt should be black! Not gray or brownish. On the beach, on the right and left, there are 2 biton vats, where the hotel staff bring dirt. Pay attention to its quality! : )
And yet, your beach towel can be stolen at any time!
Therefore, watch your things, be vigilant!
The hotel rooms are good, comfortable, at least in the new wing.
Water in the hotel is expensive - a one and a half liter bottle of water costs 2.5 dinars!
Drinks are free for breakfast only, lunch and dinner are chargeable!
The food is rather monotonous, but everything is enough. Meat: chicken, lamb, beef... some kind of fish. Vegetables are different. Sweets are also varied. Also melon, watermelon, apples, bananas. Chaiyy ...lipton in bags; ) (the waiters pour themselves from common teapots).
Entertainment - live music in the evening, belly dancing ...so-so, amateur performances. Hookah.

The medical center is a sharashkin office! Only 2 doctors. The dermatologist appears only 2 times a week and the second incomprehensible doctor, he is called a general practitioner. A businesslike administrator and some kind of lazy type of assistants. What are the procedures? ? You're probably joking, but rather mocking.
Natural solarium, these are 2 small separate terraces for men and women, where under the usual sun, like on the beach, people sunbathe naked. That's all. And it is located on the mini territory of the medical center, so among the sunbathers there are mainly people with skin diseases and everyone with fly swatters, because there are a lot of flies there. The doctors, those two, don't care. They don’t give exact advice, the main advice is to try everything and see how it affects you (food, sea). Remember, if you need the Dead Sea, but the state of health does not allow you to immediately enter it, draw sea water for yourself and dilute it in the bathroom with ordinary water in your room. Take such baths to begin with. The mud is too concentrated, you should not experiment too much for those who have skin diseases. Sun only in the morning until 11 as they say and from 15:00. From medicines: a purple antiseptic, here almost all vacationers are smeared with it, they also smear antibiotic ointment on top.
Also, for example from corticosteroids, they have allerfin and tavegil. In general, that's all. Unless they can do an expensive massage. And, at the very beginning, they give a pink liquid in a bottle, it should remove redness and dry, you need to make compresses. Well, it really helps, I can't say. In general, hear me right and understand - here the climate itself and the sea are treated, so there is no point in paying charlatans! Bring your antiseptic and antihistamines with you and, out of curiosity, you can go for 1 consultation with a doctor (Zuhar Mishabat), he is the dermatologist here. My opinion is subjective, but based on my own experience : / - this locator is not worth the attention, time and money. Sorry.
Cryotherapy? ... uh... very funny.
But you know, the Dead Sea itself creates a wonderful mood and attitude to everything!
There is no dissatisfaction, but I would like to wish everyone a good rest if you choose a dead sea spa hotel and do not be fooled by the words of tour companies that the medical center in grandfather sea spa is famous for something and many vacationers from other hotels visit this particular honey center , it's kind of ridiculous : )
People are disappointed, this is not good, especially because people come here not to hang out, but to improve their health.
P. S. It's not easy to find a guide. They seem to be in the hotel ...but.
Any booze is available, but everything is very expensive.
In the medical center you can still get a moisturizer! Of course, if you paid for the treatment (which is not). Few people here speak normal English, but many know German.
Remember, since May, flies appear, so plan your vacation a little earlier.

My stay at the Dead Sea Spa hotel was very good, everything was measured and calm. I can separately highlight the pros and cons.
Pros: the hotel has a pretty good beach, there are few stones on the coast and it is easy to go into the sea, the food is quite tasty, the rooms are comfortable and clean, plumbing works, clean pools on site, there is no tension with towels and sunbeds, the staff is very polite and sociable.
Cons: there is nothing outside the territory, a wasteland, but in principle I was ready for this, but when 50 km to a normal store is too much, I didn’t like the fact that even at dinner water without gas is paid, the food is delicious, as I said earlier, but monotonous .
The hotel demagnetizes the cards from the rooms all the time, you have to run around and, as usual, you won’t be able to interrogate anything.
The buildings look rather gloomy and somehow everything is too gray. Terribly boring, except for the sea there is no entertainment. Uncomfortable pillows in the rooms, I regretted not taking my own. Be prepared for the fact that Wi-Fi is paid here, it is expensive. dinars for half an hour, 4 dinars for an hour, 10 dinars for 24 hours (you can use these 24 hours for 3 days). I think that 10 euros for internet is cool.
Tips: Take something with you from mosquitoes and flies (there are an awful lot of them and they are sticky!!! ) to turn on in the room. Take computers, movies, games, rackets, balls, magazines.
Girls, take closed clothes, the country is Arabic, no vulgarity. If you go to hot springs nearby, take clothes that you can swim in.
Dedicate one day for a tour of Petra, the place is beautiful, it’s definitely worth seeing 1 time. If you want to go to Amman (50 km from the hotel), rent a car, if of course you drive well and follow the signs. On the way to Amman there are liquor stores and in the very Amman, too, you can buy alcohol (delivery to the hotel is free, so far). You don’t need to buy anything at the hotel itself, even buy everything in the city.
Come to Jordan, it's warm here (at the beginning of January 20-22 degrees, water 22). A great place to relax.

And be sure to solve something with the flies. Whoever comes to treat nerves, flies can bring to white heat - on the beach, near the pool, in the open area of u200bu200bthe "restaurant", if they find you, you can not even resist.
But, as soon as you “didn’t notice” all this, you go to the sea and get complete relaxation. So much laughter you will not hear anywhere else. EVERYONE who enters the Dead Sea for the first time laughs. Feelings of weightlessness are incomparable.
And yet, the Jordanians are very friendly, although the hotel serves mainly Chinese and Filipinos, but they also try.
