Room on the first floor. There is fungus everywhere in the bathroom, the smell of dampness in the room. The room is very small. Water is leaking from the refrigerator. Everywhere is a web. Everywhere dirt-stained-glass windows, glass, tablecloths, walls, floors, deck chairs. Doesn't qualify for a three, two at the most.

I stayed at this hotel with my family for a week. In short, a normal 3 for those who are not too picky about food (they save on expensive meat, seafood), everything else is at a good level of 3 stars. The hotel is close to the sea and the center, there is something to do with the child, good pools - for adults and children.

The hotel was chosen on the recommendation of a travel agency. The rooms are normal, large, all amenities, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning. Dirt in the hotel is everywhere - the room was cleaned every 2 days, towels were changed once a week, linen was also changed once a week. Dirty dishes in the dining room, dirty tables, dirty sun loungers by the pool.

Dirt in the hotel is everywhere - the room was cleaned every 2 days, towels were changed once a week, linen was also changed once a week.
Dirty dishes in the dining room, dirty tables, dirty sun loungers by the pool. As a result - a third of the hotel with an intestinal infection.
FOOD is a separate issue. There was nothing to eat, no meat was given at all. Several times in 14 days there were cutlets and fish. Garnish - cold pasta and mashed potatoes brewed with boiling water. Tea and coffee were constantly running out. AND THIS IS CALLED ALL INCLUSIVE? ! Snack pizza - for the whole hotel 37 rooms prepared 2 pizzas. We never got to try.
The hotel management swam with us in the pool and sunbathed on the sun loungers all day! They did not solve any questions of tourists. Our dry ration on the day of departure lay all night at the reception - sausage and cheese. In the morning, instead of feeding the children, we just threw it away.
We were saved by the sea, the sun and good company!
There are many good hotels in Bulgaria, do not go to Palma in Sunny Beach!

A very nice pool with a paddling pool for children. It takes 5-7 minutes to go to the sea. Across the road is the Balkan Hotel, where anarchy flourishes around the clock. Mostly guys live there, who drink from morning to night and sing songs. A little further there is a disco "Orange".
The breakfasts are very modest, but I think that this was due to the start of the hotel, because by the end of the holiday the variety of food increased slightly, but we are not picky about food, so we paid little attention to this. The staff is attentive and patient, especially the administrator Stoyan. There is only one drawback - a small area where there is nowhere to walk, sit. Near the main road, where many cars go to Nessebar and Burgas. The water park is not far away, it takes about 15 minutes to walk through some wastelands and construction sites. The water park is very cool! I recommend everyone to go there.
