This hotel was distributed according to a fartune. There are much better 3 star hotels, I would not recommend this hotel. Around the hotel there are bars with lady boy.

It is impossible to fall asleep before 3 am. because passing road nearby and all night cafes with loud music and transvestites around. Roadside pool. It is allowed to bring taeks and shemales to the hotel and the pool, and also swim with them.

They clean every day, change the bedding, towels every day, put water, TV, refrigerator, air conditioner, glasses, kettle, hair dryer, soap and gel. No theft. The staff is friendly and smiling. Music and laughter from the street did not interfere. We had a great rest. The staff conquered with really sincere smiles.
If you are not picky, then this budget hotel is for you.
Personally, I don't want a hotel on the outskirts. I am once again in Sawasdee Siam.

But be sure to keep the piece of paper that they will give, and if everything was fine with you, the money will be returned to you. The room is nice, clean, air conditioning is powerful. Bed linen was changed every day. The breakfasts are the same, but delicious, and for 13 days I was not tired. Lots of fruits, toast, coffee, juices, tea, rice, sausages, eggs, vegetables, cool. Near the hotel there is a swimming pool, open until 8, an open cafe, a bar with cocktails. Near the market FOOD AND CLOTHES. There is also a 7eleven convenience store. We reached the beach street in 15-20 minutes, nonsense, and next to the Festival Center, it was very convenient for us to walk. And I think we will take this hotel again, why overpay. Indeed, the rooms are small and dark, the furniture is old, the towels and bed linen are damp. Probably, the rest was saved by the fact that we arrived in a big cheerful company. The hotel was simply overlooked. The hotel is located in the city center. On the one hand, it is close to the infrastructure, on the other hand, it is located next to Thai bars, where it is very noisy, there are many old Europeans, transvestites and noisy Thai women. Nearby there is a cafe where you can eat. In the evening, fish, shrimp, and mussels are sold from carts. You can also buy fruits, all tasty and inexpensive. Nearby is a large shopping center with all sorts of things. Shuttle tuk tuks for 10 baht, but we walked more. Exchange office near the hotel, very convenient. I don't complain about breakfast. . They only spent the night in the room, they took all the valuables with them when they left the room, they didn’t leave anything, as there were cases of theft. Check the mini bar upon check-in. There is nowhere to swim in Pattaya, we went to Koh Lan. Most of all I liked the beach of Thien, a little less than Same. After walking for two days in Pattaya, we decided to visit excursions. Cleaning is a separate issue altogether. They don't know what a bucket and a rag are. For 2 weeks, we never washed the floor, did not clean the toilet and sink. They give one towel for both hands and feet and for the shower. I stained the towel with juice, so 300 rubles were deducted from me at check-out as being damaged. It is impossible to call the restaurant where we had breakfast. Two weeks the same thing: fried eggs, sausages, rice, bread, butter and jam (impossible to take, because all in wasps). Everything is cold and sharp. Cucumbers and tomatoes were brought by the end of breakfast. The pool is not at all the same as in the picture (6 * 6) is open from 08.00 to 20.00. By 08.30 all the sunbeds are already occupied. Tourists from other hotels also come to swim, you don’t want to touch the towels at all. They are not allowed to bring their own drinks. Sunbeds, chairs, tables in terrible condition. One side of the hotel goes to the construction site, so it was never boring. If you do not check, they can hang their cost on you. When checking out, they tried to force us to pay for lunch in a room that we did not order. The towel issued in a single copy must remain pristine - we were forced to wash, because they planted a stain, otherwise a fine! Traditional Thai smiles are false. They appear when you give. When you ask for something, they disappear along with the knowledge of all languages except Thai. You constantly feel the pressure of the attendants acting as overseers. I witnessed when too much sausage was taken away from a woman, it is forbidden to enter the territory of the dining room with your own food and drinks. If you left the dining room and suddenly wanted to drink a glass of water, they would not let you back in. These are all trifles, of course, but they are permanent and therefore strain and irritate.
