The food was good. Lunch and dinner are different every day. You could always find food to suit your taste. Fish, any meat, vegetables, fruits (mango was given 2 times). We tried pizza and burger. Not bad, but it's better to eat in a regular restaurant.
The animation is also great. Various activities were constantly taking place during the day. We played boccia, volleyball, and darts. Conduct8or water aerobics, yoga. The evening shows were so-so, but there was some variety. Loved Octoberfest!

Very cute, small and pleasant hotel. However, it is close to the beach. We have always been served quickly and friendly. First of all we would like to thank the two waiters - Mohammed in the open area and Hisham. They were absolutely wonderful - polite, warm and friendly. The food was always good, varied and beautifully presented.

We have always been served quickly and friendly. First of all we would like to thank the two waiters - Mohammed in the open area and Hisham. They were absolutely wonderful - polite, warm and friendly. The food was always good, varied and beautifully presented. There was never a "battle for the buffet" which was very nice.
The hotel is located in a large bay. It is an ideal place for splashing, swimming and, above all, snorkeling and diving. There is a long pier from which you can easily reach the reef. It was really nice to see the corals and lots of colorful fish from above on the way to snorkel.
We were never bored. We were able to take long walks and explore the hotel's neighboring properties. In the evening there was live music on the veranda from 19.00.
A little later, the bazaar hosted a very beautiful and daily changing live show. Once a week a large stage was set up on the beach. In the evening there was dancing and entertainment for young and old.
Because we enjoyed it so much, we wanted to return in February. But, unfortunately, there is no direct flight to Marsa Alam. However, we would happily return. Maybe everything will work out in the near future.

Everything that was important for us when choosing a hotel, and this was: the presence of a lagoon for swimming, a reef with fish, slides in the pool and delicious food - at Jaz Salaya it was at an excellent level. Everything that was important for us when choosing a hotel, and this was: the presence of a lagoon for swimming, a reef with fish, slides in the pool and delicious food - at Jaz Salaya it was at an excellent level. The beach is located in a bay, so when there are waves in the open sea (and they almost always were), the beach is calm.
Unlike lunches and dinners, breakfasts were quite monotonous. Nevertheless, in 9 days we found new combinations for ourselves. We didn’t even have time to try all the dishes for lunch and dinner, the variety was good.
They prepare very tasty pasta for lunch, in the evening they always grill meat or fish in the open air, there is always an assortment of fruits (including guava, figs and persimmons), vegetables, delicious sweets, the baklava was especially masterpiece. The dishes are not greasy, without unnecessary spices, everything is in moderation and tasty at home. The waiters are wonderful - they smile, joke, and are interested. There was a feeling that they were happy to see every tourist. We went to an Asian a la carte restaurant, very tasty and also good service. In general, all the hotel staff are very friendly, from the reception managers to the gardeners. This creates a pleasant atmosphere. There are many Europeans in the hotel - Germans, French, Czechs, Poles.. .

Upon arrival at the hotel, we did not have to crowd around the reception desk (about 10 people arrived), a chilled drink was served, and while we were relaxing, everything was quickly processed and shown to our rooms (everything happened before 2 p. m. ).
The service was impeccable, it seemed that the waiters and bartenders knew what you wanted even before you understood what you wanted)). And all this with a smile and respect.
Cleaning: even if I wanted to find fault with something, there was not a grain of sand or a thread on the tiles. Amir, of course, did all sorts of miracles with towels.
The hotel is part of the Jaz group and is very well located in relation to the beaches. There is a beach (we called it a children's beach), you need to walk about 50 meters to a depth, there is a pontoon and there is a beach for relaxation, we called it oceanic).
You can’t swim there, but if you want to feel the noise and smell of the sea-ocean, go there. I won’t write about the underwater fauna, as for me, the reef is good, there were a lot of fish in the morning, we even saw an octopus and a sea dragon.
The walkway, about 2 km long, allowed us to burn some fat after a delicious meal.
The hotel's chefs deserve gratitude, the food is deliciously prepared, the assortment is not very large, but of high quality. Snacks are works of art. Chicken, lamb, fish, squid, shrimp, fruits - apples, oranges, very tasty grapefruits, dates, peaches, plums, melons. I’m silent about desserts))
I would also like to note the cleanliness of the area and beaches. Something is being raked and watered all the time.
We didn’t go on excursions because we were in Luxor and weren’t interested in the others. We took a transfer to Port Ghalib. A pretty town with Moroccan-Italian touches. We bought some vitamins and medicines at the pharmacy, took some pictures and came back 2 hours later.
In general, in my rating I ranked this beach holiday as one of the best.
I would like to express my gratitude to the administration and hotel employees for their work, wish many tourists and not lose their brand in the future. I think we will come back to you again!

We had a family vacation in December 2023. The hotel is very clean, everyone found something to do to their liking, a lot of unobtrusive animation for children, yoga, volleyball, darts, water aerobics, heated pool...The staff is very pleasant. Moreover, you can use the entire infrastructure of this territory for free: swimming pools, beaches, sun loungers, animation, trampolines, playgrounds, entertainment program.
Of the minuses: half of the beach is a coral reef, so to swim in the sea you need to go to a bridge that goes far into the sea (not very suitable for swimming with kids). And since we were there in December, it was quite windy, but the hotel heated the pool warmer and made the sauna free of charge.
Overall, we are very pleased with the trip, we want to return in the fall or spring, when it’s real summer in Marsa Alam)) We recommend it!

The rooms were ready and after a very nice check in by the receptionist we were taken to our room which was very clean and tidy.
The food is good, especially the hearty breakfast and pizza at the beach bar. The a la carte restaurant was absolutely amazing.
The hotel is not located directly on the beach, but within a few minutes walk (on foot, of course) you can reach a beautiful cove where you can snorkel from both the pier and the shore (the latter option is ideal for families with children).
There is always a pleasant breeze on the beach, and due to the fact that it is located in a bay, the sea is never overly stormy, so you can always swim (unlike other villages that are exposed to the wind).
Thanks to the animators (Adriano, Kim, Lisa, etc. ) who greatly entertained us with their evening scenes. AMAZING!!!

Also wonderful is the All Inclusive Hard formula (rarely included in the price), which makes it possible to drink alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks until midnight.
I would like to especially note the attention that the hotel staff pays to their clients. During our stay, a very delicious cake was prepared in honor of my sister's birthday

Very good service It was a pleasure to be there. The rooms were clean and the food was delicious. Good connections to the airport, not too far from the beach and diving center. Very nice and polite staff. The food was amazing, with different choices and different "events" (different food on different days). The best waiter at the resort is definitely Usman.

Wonderful place After three years I returned with friends to Marsa Alam and to this hotel (which has since changed hands). I rediscovered the hotel of the past: cleanliness, excellent food, rooms, as always, excellent, and I was lucky that the room was a little higher with a view of the sea - an amazing sight. The reef is still intact and well maintained, and the sea, needless to say, is crystal clear and alive with myriads of fish. It's nice to see that the reef is still "alive" and well preserved. We also went to Port Ghalib a couple of times (the last time I was in Marsa Alam, it was still under construction). Wow, what a beautiful place - bars, restaurants, shops - just amazing. The days were spent relaxing and taking long walks, also thanks to the connection with other nearby properties (Coraya Hotel and Dar El Medina Hotel). The afternoon and evening activities were interesting and not boring; the shows were amazing, especially the Celtic music evening; wonderful dancing was very good.
