In a nutshell: smoky walls, broken tiles in the bathroom, terrible carpets, two old office chairs. I needed to spend the night here only one night, but I could not stand it for a minute in this room and ran to the reception with a request to change. Thanks! Changed. The new room was better than the previous one, the only thing I didn't like was mold (and maybe fungus) in the shower cabin (it's very unpleasant! )

BUT, given that the hotel has only recently been renovated, its condition is getting worse with each visit, because the furniture and plumbing there is very cheap and will not withstand the constant pressure from the residents. We rested together for the May holidays. The locals said that the hotel is bad. But their website and photos were great. Upon arrival, it became clear that the hotel was renovated, although it smells of the Soviet spirit. (most likely the locals did not see the hotel after the renovation) The rooms are clean, spacious and, as I said, after a good renovation.

The room has everything you need (the room was a junior suite). Only the unrestored railing on the stairs reminds of the former glory of the hotel. The hotel is really located in the heart of the city. Within a radius of 5 minutes are cathedrals, eateries, after a walk of 10 minutes, there are two beautiful parks, 15-20 minutes from the hotel - the city beach. It is important to know two things about the hotel: first, very expensive breakfasts (not worth taking), and second, Frunze and Voskresenskaya streets are one and the same. There is also a relatively large parking lot, its own, behind a fence. In conclusion, I can add that the ratio of price and service provided is quite good, so you can go.
