I rested in this hotel from April 6 to April 22.2015. The hotel is very beautiful, clean and modern, near the Old Town. The rooms are comfortable, the furniture is modern and new. The food is very varied, just a lot and delicious. The staff is attentive, smiling, settled in the room in three minutes, no problems, happy with everything and grateful for everything. … More ▾ I rested in this hotel from April 6 to April 22.2015. Despite the fact that the Grand Court Hotel is located on the border of East and West Jerusalem, there are no problems with moving along the neighboring streets. They are all quiet and very clean! The place is very well maintained, kept by the efforts of English volunteers in perfect cleanliness and order!
In the morning and afternoon there is a free shuttle service to the Old Town. If someone went on a spree until late in the evening, then it is better to return to the hotel by tram.

Jerusalem has a problem with parking. Most of the hotels located in the City Center either do not have it, or it is very small. Grand Court parking is underground and large. Plus it's free : )

The view from the window of my standard room was on the street. With the windows closed, there was no noise from passing traffic.

The room is not big, but very comfortable. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The bathroom is very comfortable, plumbing in perfect condition!

The food is great! In terms of assortment and quality, it is in no way inferior to most luxury 5 * hotels.

There is no entertainment in the hotel - neither for adults nor for children. And this is understandable - the Grand Court is a city hotel. I recommend staying in it to those who are used to comfort and are ready to pay for it, but at the same time do not want to overpay for the pathos of luxury hotels!

My husband and I lived in this hotel from 4 to 9 September this year. I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff for their friendly attitude. Pleasant cozy room, comfortable safe bathroom, in which everything is provided. We had only breakfast, which we were very pleased with. On the day when we had an excursion in the early morning, breakfast was prepared for us on the road, we could drink coffee in the lobby. … More ▾ My husband and I lived in this hotel from 4 to 9 September this year. We will definitely recommend the GRAND COURT hotel to our friends, which is very conveniently located and has its own outdoor swimming pool. Thanks for the hospitality.

I stayed at the Grand Court Hotel in January of this year. The move in was remarkably fast. The move in was remarkably fast. True, I had to change the room several times due to the fact that the windows in the first two rooms were not airtight enough (in summer this would be a plus, but in winter in Jerusalem this is fraught with problems with howling wind and blowing). As a result, they gave a luxurious 2-room suite instead of the standard one!
However, the anomalous weather for Jerusalem made itself felt. At night, the wind, whistling with strong gusts, beat against the glass, the windows trembled as if in a fever. In addition, continuous, intense rain fell in Jerusalem for several days in a row. Because of this, water seeped through the glass in the room and flooded the carpet under the windows. In the morning, hotel employees walked around the floors, asking which one of the windows was flooded and how much. But this did not overshadow the rest at all, because I was in JERUSALEM !!!
In general, the atmosphere in the hotel is very homely, laid-back and warm. The food at the Grand Court is delicious. The dishes are beautifully presented and create a sense of celebration. One day, a group of tourists from China were having a merry and too noisy dinner in a restaurant. But not for long - a photo session of the bride began on the ornate staircase, at which they stared, held their breath and - quieted down...
The distance to the walls of the Old Town is not at all large - about 15-20 minutes on foot (and even then, this is along with stops for photos). It was interesting to go to the Old City through the orthodox area located in the neighborhood - through Mea Shearim. This is not a place for tourists to walk, because. deeply religious Jews live there. But I have never seen Jerusalem like this before. . .
You can use the free shuttle service from Grand Court to the Old City according to the schedule, which can be consulted at the reception. It is convenient to return to the hotel by tram - 10 minutes... And if someone arrives in a rented car, then a PLEASANT surprise awaits him - parking at the hotel is free!
My conclusion after visiting the Grand Court is a very worthy hotel to stay in Jerusalem!
