I have been to Kilikia five times. Since the beginning of the war, we have been meeting there as a family, renting two rooms, having lunch, dinner and everything was wonderful and very tasty and high quality. Today, 02.07. 2026, I was passing through Uzhgorod and out of habit I ordered a room for half a day between trains to bring myself to my senses, rest, have lunch and order something to take with me on the road. I settled in room 24.... A pillow that is impossible to lie on, let alone sleep on. . . It is full of pieces, lumps and hollows. There are stains on the carpet. The shower head leaks and sprays in all directions, rust is everywhere. Okay, I'll put up with it for a couple of hours (for 1000 UAH), I'll endure it, not on principle. I went to a restaurant. I ordered sorrel soup, they refused me, I ordered hodgepodge - they refused, they offered chicken broth with noodles. Okay. There was no photo of it on the menu, it has no way of comparing it to the original. They brought me a clear broth with small vermicelli, three pieces of chicken fillet and a large handful of diced carrots (cube 1*1 cm). . . That's it. . . No greens, no eggs. It tastes like water. As a main course, I ordered veal steak in wine sauce and mashed potatoes. They refused me mashed potatoes, explaining that it turned out to be a paste and I wouldn't be able to stand it, they offered me just boiled potatoes. Good. And they bring a 2 mm thick "steak" covered in sauce. The thing is that I have always ordered this dish and I know what it should be. So today it wasn't veal.... And at a price of 450 UAH. Sorry.... And they also offered me baklava for 100 UAH a piece (I ordered 3 pieces on the way) it turned out to be oak. And khachapuri in Kyliei style.... That's what finally got me to write a review. The thing is that I had already opened it and the baklava on the train and offered to treat my neighbors. How that khachapuri stinked.... A mixture of mash, cheese and it's not clear what. It seems that a vat of mash was spilled. It tastes like vomit after alcohol poisoning. Kapets. I have never tasted anything more disgusting in my life. There are no words.... While still in the restaurant, I turned to either the administrator or the manager and expressed my opinion and impressions of the dinner. She apologized and explained that the chef had been taken to the war. But the dishes ordered were not from the refined haute cuisine. And the prices do not get lower because of this. And the cherry on the cake: lemonade. I ordered a glass of homemade lemonade for lunch. And I asked for a bottle of water in a plastic bottle to take with me. They said that they do not have regular water in plastic, but they do have lemonade in a liter plastic bottle.... The lemonade in the glass was with synthetic syrup and citrus. Well, it costs 110 UAH. When I came to take my order with me on the road, the lemonade was not in the package. We found the waiter who took the order, he started to fuss, to run. A taxi was already waiting for me and I said that just sell me a bottle of lemonade and I left - I have a train.... And then a waiter comes running with a crumpled brown plastic bottle and says that I will now make the same lemonade as at lunch.... Pours syrup into a bottle on the eye.... And starts pouring plain water from the tap in front of me.... I'm shocked, with a dumb question in my eyes.... How????? ? Is this homemade lemonade???? ? He explained that it's the kind you used to drink.....My shock is in shock.... Syrup with water from the tap for one glass with ice for 110 UAH...... And offer it on the road. In total, my bill for this is 1480 UAH. The day before, in Kyiv, in the center, in a modern popular restaurant, the bill for two with. Seafood and veal medallions with a sauce with porcini mushrooms and two alcoholic cocktails and a liter of real homemade lemonade amounted to 2000 UAH. (Exact order: mashed potatoes with fish cutlet and three large shrimps 420 UAH, veal medallions with potatoes in mushroom sauce 480 UAH, seafood soup 380 UAH, lemonade liter, one Aperol syringe and mojito) The taste is incomparable!!!! ! The question is whether I will come to Cilicia again --- definitely not. It is sad to watch how favorite places die.

Overall a good hotel. Purely. Very clean. Well-washed towels. Robes feel like sandpaper, but fresh. Normal breakfasts. They cook very tasty in the restaurant. There is parking. Convenient location. There is no kettle in the room. If the positioning is 4*, then it must be confirmed factually. There is no soundproofing. We were in room 32. You could hear every word from the next room at 100%, the feeling that there was no wall at all. Discomfort for both rooms. Guests pay money to relax and not hear every sound from the next room. It is so easy to solve, but no one needs it, according to the principle "these guests will go and that's all, others will come. "

Periodically for 5 years we have been staying in Cilicia. Last kill! The air conditioning did not work, the issue took half a day to resolve, instead of resting we had an open day, a maid came, cleaned, a repairman, and so on... the shower was leaking in the bathroom, the cover for accessing the sewer pipes just fell off.

The impressions are terrible. The hotel once again raised the price of the room, and the service is below the baseboard. The hotel is falling apart before our eyes. With such success, in 2 years it will turn into a roadside eatery.

We chose this hotel, because. wanted to have a pool, friends advised this place. They didn’t regret a second, everything is wonderful, friendly staff, cleanliness in the room (which was sooo important, because they were going to move to Kilikia from another hotel with terrible conditions), the territory is small, but everything is very neat, reasonable prices and excellent cuisine in the restaurant, I especially liked the branded lemonade))).

Modern hotel in oriental style! Convenient location - on the international highway and 5-6 minutes drive to the city center. The rooms are clean, good Wi-Fi.
