The hotel is really new, but when we entered the rooms we felt a clear smell of sewage waste, to the request to change the rooms the answer was - "there are no free homers. " The kitchen leaves much to be desired, they ordered a veal steak - rubber... the waiters do not bring change when calculating. The housekeeping service is also strange: at the reception they promised that someone would come within 15 minutes, after 45 minutes.

We decided to leave this wonderful hotel earlier and asked for a refund. Except for the days already gone by. The same administrator, Ivan, first promised to do this, and then changed his mind, as a result of which he also called security... the rest was spoiled by the incompetence of the staff... the hotel's rating is clearly overestimated...
