Near the metro, shops, pharmacies, cafes. The staff is friendly, polite. We were given a room on the top floor, in the attic. Windows to the street, a bit noisy in the evenings, sometimes at night, as there is a cafe downstairs. At first, this confused us, but after many hours of walking around Paris, we fell on the bed and did not hear anything. The room is small but clean, good plumbing, hair dryer, fan. The wonderful smell of fresh baked goods in the morning. The breakfast suited us just fine. Good coffee, juice, croissants, rolls, yoghurt. We recommend this hotel to everyone.
