the hotel met us at 2.50 Saturday (which we have fully paid for with breakfast and dinner) - at least we were asked to drink tea... it was proposed to use our mini bar (water min 3.50 euros) in the room . . the bar in the lobby had already closed in 2400! numbers that for one that for two are the same. bad weather came and for three nights in a row a very strong wind blew in the gorge.

the hotel met us at 2.50 Saturday (which we have fully paid for with breakfast and dinner) - at least we were asked to drink tea... it was proposed to use our mini bar (water min 3.50 euros) in the room . . the bar in the lobby had already closed in 2400! numbers that for one that for two are the same. bad weather came and for three nights in a row a very strong wind blew in the gorge... the curtains on the windows rose from the jet of air, and the whistle was such that ear plugs did not save us !!! ! when asked to help us somehow, they only smiled and said no problem... but they didn’t do anything and we again had night howls....
Russians still lived in the hotel, from bitter, so they also had the simplest rooms on the ticket, but they were much larger than ours (although the night wind did not let them sleep), they asked us to change the room...... nothing happened... just the hotel is all made of glass... therefore, because of the old age of these frames... it's so noisy... WE DIDN'T LIKE THE HOTEL... the food is normal for a threesome, but again, that the plates when served hot, no one warns, so at first we had burnt fingers.....
buses do not run regularly . . sometimes you have to wait... sad... we were dropped off at the bus stop (all) and said that they had lunch... sat down on the same next one after 15 minutes . . for some reason I went in the other direction... went out... and still stood in the field for 20 minutes !!! ! in short, horror!
tour assistants in the tour center - they work from 9 to 11 and from 17-19, that is, information is only 4 hours a day....although they offer to call them, but this is in French numbers... it's not cheap, but the hotel does not allow you to call from the station phones, although the tour assistants say that they should give... in short . . everything is somehow wrong....
LOCAL HYDROMETEOCENTRE-CONSTANTLY LIE!!!! ! maybe this cyclone was so unpredictable....but it's not real to know the weather !!!!!
Of course, there are places to walk and there are shops, but in the neighbor of Italy everything is much cheaper (Courmayeur). Everyone who is going to Chamonix should know what they might encounter... and be prepared for this, we were not ready to see for such money, so bad relax....
