From the top of the Aiguille du Midi, in my opinion, the most breathtaking views in all of Chamonix open up. From here you can see Mont Blanc - the highest peak of all the Alps, and other mountains surrounding the valley. It is very convenient that right from the city you can climb to the top by cable car, although it’s still not worth doing it in the first days upon arrival in Chamonix, since the height of 3842 m can provoke mountain sickness out of habit and you will have to urgently evacuate down without having time how to enjoy the views.→
