The hotel was booked half an hour before departure, there was no time to carefully study everything, we were guided by a very high rating and a suitable price.
In fact, it turned out that the hotel had only one significant drawback - its location. More on this below.

What awaited us in the hotel itself: perfect cleanliness in the bathrooms, l'occitane cosmetics, comfortable beds, clean linen and towels, slippers.
The breakfast is continental, there is no hot food, but the products are very high quality and fresh - Parma ham, chorizo, pate, salmon, camembert, fresh berries and fruits for yogurt, pastries, muesli, orange and apple juices, tea / coffee are served individually.
In the room for guests, free water, plain and sparkling, a few cans of sweet soda, cookies, tea / coffee. On the day of arrival, a compliment - Belgian chocolate shells.

During the day, on the ground floor, where the reception is, you can take fruit, juice, chips for free, order tea and decent coffee (not instant).
Wi-Fi works well, in the rooms there is a LCD, in the buffet there is a large TV. The air conditioner works quietly and well. The room has a safe, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. A large number of outlets - thank you so much, this is always a problem! : ) An iron with an ironing board is brought upon request and then taken away.
In general, the impression of the hotel itself leaves a wonderful! It seems that the owners and staff are trying to compensate for the lack of location with good service and luxury bonuses. Belgian chocolate and a free bar with soft drinks we did not meet in London and in 5 *. All employees are very friendly and attentive, thanks to them. It's a 5-minute walk to the Hendon metro, and the 113 bus to Marble Arch is also five minutes in the other direction. A large shopping mall at Brent Cross is a 10 minute walk.
To the attention of all those who decide to travel from Luton by bus 757 "Greenline", it is better to choose another transport! There is a very inconvenient junction for pedestrians (especially with luggage! ) and it's quite a long walk. We wanted to go back in a different way, but the tickets were return and we took a taxi to get to the bus stop : ) , and not go through uncomfortable transitions, interchanges and hills. It cost 6 pounds. We asked the reception how much a taxi to Luton airport costs - about 35 pounds.
Far from the center (or we're just not used to living beyond the second zone). You can hear traffic very well, even in the rooms overlooking the courtyard, since the building is located directly above a busy road. The size of the rooms is very small, but this is not a problem, everything is arranged comfortably.

In my opinion, the hotel is ideal for those who come to London by car. Parking for guests is free. Also, if you get to the airport by taxi, then the inconvenience of the location is not so terrible.

For shopping lovers, the shopping center at Brent Cross will be useful, since there are no large malls in the center of London.
