In August I went to London on a sightseeing tour. the hotel is good. There is no Russian-language channel. The rooms are small but cozy. There is no hair dryer in the room, but there is a kettle and cups, and even tea bags. Bathroom, sink, hot water are always available. Bible in the nightstand. We only paid for breakfast - it's toast, butter, jam, muesli and fruit.
What is good about the hotel is the location - near the Russell Square tube station, there is also a large Tesco supermarket where you can buy cheap food and drinks. Across the road is a square with the British Museum on the reverse side, which is a must-see.
If you want to have a good meal in London, which is quite difficult to do - everything is very expensive (a steak is on average 20 pounds) and not tasty, I advise a chain of Italian cafes, unfortunately I don’t remember the name, but one of them is located right next to Eros, they are easy to recognize by shop windows filled with huge cakes and pastries.
