I hope that we were just unlucky and all the inconveniences are just a coincidence. Since the location of the hotel is excellent, the first line, the water park is nearby (but not on the territory, as it may seem from the photographs), there is a supermarket, a good restaurant, an exchange office and everything you need for a good rest nearby. But....in the hotel itself, the service is at a very low level. From the moment we checked in, we had problems. We were overpowered 3 times for various reasons. At first we were given an uncleaned room, in the next room there was no bed for a child. But then everything worked out. But problems of this kind were not only with us. Then the wi-fi in the room disappeared. Then the light went out for a day, followed by hot water.
There is no safe in the room or at the reception.
Breakfast is very weak and repetitive, poor quality products.
The staff is relaxed.
The water park is located under the windows of the hotel, for residents there is a 50% discount.
And there is a very busy road under the windows, it is very noisy at night.
