I rested in Batumi from June 28 to July 5.2021, I chose the first line, because I didn’t want to go to the beach and from the beach in the heat, although for this money it would be better to choose something worthy!
About the hotel itself: the room was cleaned 1 time in 7 days and then at my request! The refrigerator was changed three times because it didn't work!! ! The door in the shower fell off and was never repaired, wi-fi does not work at all!! ! To dry a bathing suit, there is no place for a towel! Hairdryer and iron were given at the reception upon my request. Breakfasts are generally a separate issue, horror (two types of cheap sausage, no sausages, instant coffee in a bowl and an electric kettle were dumbfounded, there is no coffee machine, only black tea in bags, I had nothing to choose except cheese, a fried egg or scrambled eggs, sliced ​ ​ cucumbers , tomatoes, for the whole week there was only porridge twice (once buckwheat, the second time rice), also curd mass of an incomprehensible consistency and sour cream, jam. I was shocked, my foreigner friend did not believe me that there was no normal coffee for breakfast at the hotel, this is nonsense (the hotel positions itself as 4 stars)!!!
NO service! They do not greet the guests (I mean the staff). On my birthday, no one blinked an eye, which is a shock to me. What a compliment from the hotel, or at least congratulations in words... Disappointed with the host tour operator TABERNE. How could I have been informed about the cancellation of the tour at 1 am on my birthday???!! ! Without explaining the reasons and without offering any alternative, knowing that I am alone!!!

The water park didn't work. So the only plus is the location of the hotel, actually on the beach, everything else is a complete minus! It is better to walk a little on foot to the beach, but choose decent conditions for the same money.
