We stayed at the hotel in January 2020, we were very lucky with the weather. The hotel is very good, excellent location - next to a park with a lake, 5 minutes to the sea, an exchange office, shops, cafes are all within walking distance. I really liked the service: wonderful and caring staff, regular change of bed linen, any issue is resolved immediately.

We were with my daughter and husband, we booked a standard, but the hotel kindly provided us with a family two-room suite without additional payments. Although it was the end of the season, the hotel left only a good impression. New and solid furniture, a soft mattress and a new sofa - it was comfortable to sleep.

Perfect white satin linen New fluffy towels. Cleaning was every day. At the reception, they told everything and explained where to go, and even gave a local SIM card. Near the hotel there is a bank, an exchange office, shops, restaurants, cafes, a park with a lake and fountains, an easy 5-minute walk to the beach. The bus stop is also nearby. Next time only in this hotel.

Family vacation in this hotel. We originally chose this hotel. I liked the very good location, close to the city center and all the infrastructure. Near shops, exchangers, city park, embankment, etc. The beach is wide (large pebbles) 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The rooms are clean and renovated, but the windows face one of the central streets, so it was a bit noisy.

The rooms are clean and renovated, but the windows face one of the central streets, so it was a bit noisy. The room has a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning. Breakfasts are European, monotonous, included in the price. Here in the cafe you can order lunch or dinner. Welcoming and hospitable hosts.

lived in this hotel with my husband (settled on a tour). the hotel is a weak C grade, very economical. The furniture in the rooms is old and the towels are washed out. saves a convenient location - 10 minutes to the beach and 10-15 to the center of Batumi. Nearby is the Dolphinarium and the park.

The hotel was not chosen, it was provided by the tour operator according to the tour program. Upon check-in, the room was not cleaned: dirty towels in the room and on the floor in the hallway, rubbish all over the room, dirty bedding. They cleaned the room with us and didn’t bring towels, in the evening they asked at the reception - they pointed us to a locker in which we found two small towels.

The hotel is old in the bathroom and the room is everywhere fungus. During our stay, the room was never cleaned and the garbage was not taken out. Breakfasts were in a nearby cafe with a dubious sanitary condition.
