While we were away, the administrator had the key, the owner forced us to leave it for the cleaning lady to clean up. I am sure that it was the staff who stole it, no one else had access to the keys. The owner of the hotel, instead of helping, went around shrugging his hands and shouting that they had nothing to do with it, supposedly we had lost the money ourselves. We called the police, there are no cameras in the hotel, of course no money was found, we were left without a livelihood for a day and a half, the owner, together with the staff, mocked our grief, instead of offering at least some help and trying to figure it out. And on the morning of the last day, when I began to warn the residents about theft in the hotel, the owner began to threaten me to say less, otherwise I would feel bad. In general, it’s sad and not pleasant that our luxurious vacation was spoiled, there were good people in Batumi who fed us for free and helped us by allowing us to leave our things, because after the threats against us, it was not safe to stay in this unfortunate hotel ! ! People do not go to this hotel, save your nerves and money, in addition to unsanitary conditions in the rooms to which we turned a blind eye, they also steal here ((((((((

The owner of the hotel mocked at our grief, all the money was stolen from us, we were left without means of subsistence for a day and a half, he did not offer us the slightest help and threatened that we would not tell anyone what was going on with them ! ! Never go to this horrible place where theft is in the order of things (((

The hotel is located in the city center, Russian-speaking staff, clean huge room with a balcony, bathroom and toilet in perfect condition, hot water, wi-fi catches everywhere, TV has many channels, breakfast in the morning is very satisfying. Very happy that we stayed there!

The hotel is located on a small street. Near the sea station and 10-15 min. to the seaside boulevard. Very pleasant and unobtrusive staff. Rooms cleaned daily, sheets changed every other day. The rooms are large and spacious, with good furniture (only pillows would be better to change) although the hotel seems small from the street, but in this area even the streets are narrow, which is their charm.

Very close to the hotel there is a good Georgian restaurant - Look, and closer to the station there is a restaurant Ukraina. Comfortable, breakfast is European, it's a pity that every day is the same... There is always water in the rooms. Clean and stylish. It is quiet enough, if burning Georgians do not fly at night))) We rested with a family with a child, we are grateful for the welcome, We are very satisfied with the sea and the almost restored city.
