It was my first time staying at this hotel and I can say that the impressions were the best. For its level, the hotel is quite good conditions and service, the staff is diligent and helpful. Our tour operator was TPG. Organizational issues were resolved promptly and professionally, the rest was excellent thanks to their efforts.

It was my first time staying at this hotel and I can say that the impressions were the best. For its level, the hotel is quite good conditions and service, the staff is diligent and helpful. Our tour operator was TPG. Organizational issues were resolved promptly and professionally, the rest was excellent thanks to their efforts. Flight, transfer to the hotel, escort - at a high level. The hotel warmly and hospitably met, settled without problems. The room is quite spacious and clean, furniture and appliances are not new, but in good condition. Lots of storage space. A kettle and iron were provided upon request. Tv and air conditioning worked well. Cleaning was every other day, towels changed regularly. Breakfasts are ordinary, without much variety, but the main thing was - toast, eggs, fruits, milk, sliced and so on. Near the hotel there are many restaurants, cafes, shops. To the beach 15 minutes. The port is 20 minutes away. The famous Batumi Boulevard and the Dolphinarium are 10 minutes away. The service is excellent in the hotel, it was comfortable and pleasant to rest here. With pleasure I recommend this hotel for a budget holiday in Georgia.
