Georgia is a very, beautiful country that delighted us all! What I can not say about the Belgrade Rustaveli Hotel, it was some kind of nightmare!! ! On the threshold we were greeted with words, but we have no places for you and we did not expect you at all !! ! (We ordered 2 double rooms) And it was just a shock! After 2 hours of analysis, we were offered a quadruple room for 4 people and promised that it was only for one night, and tomorrow they would give us two 2-bed rooms (it was late and we had nowhere to go) with the thought that it was good that we didn’t climb on the street to the room, but it didn’t end there, the room was dirty after previous guests there, probably, only the bed was changed !!! The air conditioner does not work, the TV does not work, there is no water, there is no kettle, the Internet does not pull (we had to go down to the first floor in order to have at least some kind of connection), there is no toilet paper, no soap, in a word, there is nothing there, the curtains are torn off everything is dirty and it was an adjacent room with another room and when we talked among ourselves we were banging on the adjacent door!!! ! With the words where we ended up and the thought that we would soon fall asleep back home, but our nightmare did not end! In the morning, of course, no one settled us))) and did not even think of doing this, so we spent the second day in the same way and with the same composition.

Moreover, eviction at 12:00 from the rooms, but they always had some reasons for all the questions, then the child got sick there, then they left there and it is not known when they will return.
But unfortunately it was not better there, only the air conditioner worked and that's it. On the 4th day at 4 pm a miracle happened and the second couple was given a 2-bed room, but unfortunately, everything was the same there. Then other guests of this so-called hotel told us that we are not the first with whom they do this, it’s just that sometimes guests ask to extend and they extend, and the hostess wants to earn all the money in the world and she didn’t care about booking. Moreover, during our vacation, we observed such a picture as it was with us twice. We bought toilet paper ourselves, we threw out the garbage ourselves from the room, in 10 days the room was cleaned 1 time and then at a very Big request and the towel was also changed at a very Big request !!!! ! Breakfast leaves much to be desired, so it is better to eat in a cafe, the dishes are all broken and cracked!! ! The pool was washed only 1 time in 10 days, by the way, there are not 3, but 2 of them!
And as for the water to wash, it’s generally trash, you can lather your hair and then stand for 40 minutes to wait for at least some water to appear to wash off the foam !!! ! In general, the Belgrade Rustaveli Hotel spoiled the whole holiday. Saved only by the beauty of Georgia! It is a pity that such owners spoil the whole impression of people !!!! ! But thank God outside this hotel we met very good, kind and hospitable people! Think a thousand times when choosing this Belgrade Rustaveli Hotel

We chose for a long time, guided by the information and reviews of the booking. Well, almost everything is not true! Never in the rooms! they don't clean (we were 10 nights), don't take out the trash, no toiletries at all. No face towels. The bathhouses were changed on the 6th day upon request. The staff has no idea about European breakfast.

For breakfast, you can be offered spicy steamed vegetables, vinaigrette, the cheapest sausage, a strange omelet, a limited amount of white bread, butter, cheap tea bags and instant coffee. Dishes are never available, you have to ask for everything. Everything is very wretched, the cups are beaten. On the first day, the faucet in the sink dripped, boiling water has been flowing for the eighth day, they came up five times, no one cares. There was no light in the room upon check-in, they did it on the third day, when they brought me by the hand. All in all, it's sad. The pool is dirty, no one ever cleans it, there is not a single trash can on the territory. All deckchairs are broken. In short, I could not even imagine such a disgrace! However, we paid quite dearly. . This is not a cheap hotel! Very disappointed! Yes, growth guides suck too! We have never seen, although the hotel was a lot of their tourists. We booked a standard room for two. But he is far from the standard. This is an economy class room that can be rented for hours. In it, apart from a large bed, a table, a chair and a bathroom, there is nothing else!!! ! Do not believe the descriptions, there are no simple things that should be world standard for three stars. No closet, no niche for suitcases, no hair dryer, no kettle, no refrigerator, no curtain on the makeshift shower, no elementary rug in the same shower, no daily cleaning (get ready for the fact that you will have to clean up, take out the trash and buy toilet paper yourself ). The bathroom is a washbasin, a toilet bowl and a shower column directly, and even holes in the floor for a stack (which is regularly clogged) and therefore every time you take a shower you think whether water will overflow into the living room or not.
While living in our room 204, we laid out all the things on the table, and the chair and the knobs on the wall served as a closet for us. Unfortunately, we could not call our room a hotel number. And if you are relaxing or going to Kobuletti, then visit this bunkhouse and a room along Rustaveli Street with a tour to understand how bad everything can be. And I can't stop talking about breakfast. This type of buffet left an indelible impression on our memory for the rest of our lives. Everything not eaten yesterday turned into a new dish of tomorrow and I won’t even describe to you all the indescribable impression of breakfasts.
