About the staff. Lack of Russian speakers. The impossibility of obtaining information, there is not even a map of Athens with attractions, the staff is only as polite as it is possible to remain within the bounds of politeness. Absolute indifference and lack of desire to help, a glassy expression on his face and a clear desire to get off as soon as possible.
Claimed free wi-fi in ALL public areas of the hotel is a separate funny story. In fact, "all public areas" are 2 computers in a glassed-in 2-meter booth at the reception. So the information "Wi-Fi is available in public areas for free" is simply not true. If you need to log in from your laptop -2 euros per hour, 5 euros-5 hours, 8 euros-10 hours. On the 3rd day, they ran out of password coupons for 1 hour and I was offered a password coupon for 5 euros (moreover, for 5 hours I was given 5 coupons with 5 different passwords - that is, they were the same coupons for 1 hour))))) One coupon works only for one laptop, for two you need to take two, even if you live in the same room. The girl at the reception explained that the purchased time is spent as it is used, which was refuted the next day. The next morning, 3 untouched coupons, when trying to access the Internet, told us that they had expired. When addressing the question about this misunderstanding, another receptionist shrugged indifferently and offered to buy a ticket for 20 euros, explaining that they again ran out of coupons for 1 hour and 5 - in general, delusional nonsense))
Regarding the numbers. Small but cute and clean. Daily good cleaning and linen change. Antediluvian tiny TV. There are no utensils. Even a couple of simple glasses. The dimensions of the micro-refrigerator were impressive: 10-12cm in depth and 25-30 in width. !! ! It holds a maximum of 4 half-liter bottles, a standard large bottle of water 1-1.5-2 liters no longer fits there. Apparently, the administration thus "stimulates" the guests to order from the bar-restaurant. All sockets, except for the refrigerator, work only in the presence of the guest in the room. From a key card that is inserted into a special slot, and which is issued in a single copy for a double room. Air conditioning is no exception. So it is impossible to come to a cool room after the heat. It also turns off when the balcony door is opened.

About the views from the rooms.
Only 20 of them have a full beautiful sea view. The rest are looking at a VERY noisy road or at a nearby hotel. Or, like ours, the so-called sea-view: From the balcony, through the spiral draft fire escape, the Saronic Strait was a little visible, a full-fledged view of the abandoned construction site and the same noisy road. I'll attach a photo. The rumble of motorcyclists, of which there are hundreds and the noise of cars passing at a speed of 100+ during rush hours, drowns out the interlocutor who is sitting with you on the balcony 1 meter away from you, and talking on the phone on the balcony at this time is generally unrealistic. Our room was 511 - never settle for rooms located on the same side when booking. We spent a minimum of time in the hotel, but even this minimum managed to spoil the mood.
Four stars +? )) Three stars - the ceiling! Four apparently given for the public area on the ground floor, which really looks like them. Beautiful pool area, and the pool itself (approximately 25x8) is beautiful and clean. Cozy patio with a couple of tables under palm trees for smokers. Nice restaurant. The food is delicious and varied. There were never any complaints about the kitchen. Unless the fruits for dessert were tasteless, like greenhouse fruits, which are sold here in winter. It's in Greece in June!
The location of the hotel relative to the infrastructure is convenient, if you have a car. The lively place of Glyfada is a 5-10 minute drive away. In the absence of a car, I would hardly like it, because. there is absolutely nothing nearby. No shop, not even kiosks. There is a tram stop, but it will not be easy to buy a ticket in an electronic device, since there are no instructions in English, and there are a lot of ticket options. True, then at the reception they explained to us at what price we would need to buy a ticket and which tram number to use if we had such a desire. It’s not far to go to the nearest and only cafe by the sea, but their service did everything so that our first martini there turned out to be the last.

Beach across the road. Not furnished. Moderately dirty, but the water is clear. Close to depth. We swam there once a week, for the sake of it)
In general, the impression of the hotel is very so-so, and despite the fact that we prefer active recreation and practically only spend the night in the hotel, we are unlikely to return here for the second time.
