My wife and I visited this hotel in March 2010. A very interesting trip came out, a lot of excursions. Alfa-Travel guide literally drove us to different "places", we listened, took pictures, shot videos and listened again, and in the evening we came and fell almost unconscious. Unobtrusive, polite, many of the employees tried to communicate with their mother in Russian, although it is difficult for them! There were also mistakes, but not without it - food was served to me endlessly with what I was allergic to, the invited artists never waited until we came to the performances, they started ahead of time and also left, apparently for the next orders. . . Do not know. In fact, the weather was so good, we bought so many pleasant little things that we didn’t even want to make a complaint. In addition, we did not know that we were still waiting for a flight delay on the return. . I must say, in this situation, it turned out quite funny - I wrote from the cafe at the airport to the manager of Alfa-Travel, who advised us, and without saying that I didn’t take a ticket from her, I asked if it was possible to order a transfer from the airport. And we were met by a taxi! It was a humanly kind act : ) for which I thank them, I hope one day I will save up money for a ticket and from their company : )))
