Rooms from 40 sq. located on a mountain at an angle of 45 degrees, be prepared to walk 4-6 times a day on the Potemkin Stairs. Restaurant... sadness in general, air conditioners do not work, staff are like sleepy flies, there is no variety in food, where is the seafood !! ! Of the positive emotions - a view of the sea, clean and warm water.

But we decided to go to the city of Ouranoupoli, which is located about 5 kilometers from the hotel (a taxi was ordered at the reception, the cost is 10 euros). We went to the city, as the children wanted to eat and there we went to a local Greek restaurant on the seashore and had lunch (lunch comes out on average about 60 euros for 4 people - of course). Time flew by unnoticed, we returned to the hotel, somewhere at 14:30, the room was ready, and we were settled.
We booked a Family Executive, according to the description, a room with 2 separate rooms, there were, of course, ordinary Family, but our children are already quite large 14 and 12 years old - so 2 rooms are better. The tour is good: a well-organized program from visits to monasteries, a guide with a theological education (an excellent expert in his field), an established transfer to Athos, I was very surprised. While I was arriving on Mount Athos, my wife went on an excursion to the Belt of the Blessed Virgin Mary, so we saved our time and signed up for an excursion to the thermal springs in Aridea. We were satisfied with this tour. Absolute relaxation in a natural bath, where the water temperature reaches 37 degrees C, a walk through the picturesque places of Arideia, a vow in a traditional Greek tavern and a visit to a small market with souvenir shops were a great success ! ! They returned to the hotel rested, well-fed and satisfied, and most importantly they bought a bunch of souvenirs for relatives.
