The staff didn't understand us at all. It’s hard for my daughter and I to speak English, but we were able to ask an elementary question - can they speak Russian, to which we received a positive answer. Having started the selection of boats for the price, we were constantly shoved the wrong way, and even did not listen to what we were saying.→
