Прекрасный простой отель Lovely simple hotel

I really liked the hotel. Small, quiet, simple, but everything is there and everything is on the level. The places around are amazing. Suitable for those who travel primarily for chic nature and the sea, and not for hotel delights.

The hotel itself.

The staff is very good, friendly, most speak Russian.
The rooms are new and everything is clean. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, kettle, hair dryer - work fine. Cleaning every day, the girls try very hard.

No entertainment, but that's a plus for us. No one bothers or makes noise.
Excellent fast and uninterrupted Internet, ideal for work.

Food

Delicious, fresh, yet repetitive. Every day is almost the same, but there is plenty to choose from and what to feed both adults and children. Always side dishes were rice, potatoes, pasta, stewed vegetables. Always 2 types of meat + 1 type of fish. Greek salad, fresh vegetables, delicious baked eggplant.

Pastries, cupcakes, watermelon, melon, pears, apples from fruits. For breakfast, eggs, bacon, yogurt, cereal, croissants. I worked remotely and sometimes took food to my room. It's nice that no one cursed and forbade. Drinks as everywhere in hotels, good wine.

Beach

The hotel has a small private beach in a bay of magical beauty. Good sun loungers and umbrellas, there were enough places for everyone (August, high season). The entrance to the sea is gentle, comfortable, sand and some pebbles.
Walk to the beach not far, about 10 minutes at the most unhurried step. There is a rather steep descent in one place, but otherwise it is comfortable to go. There is a minibus from the hotel, but we did not use it.
The beach is mostly English, German. Lots of families with children.
There are no crowds of tourists and no merchants and other annoying characters.
The water is clean, comfortable temperature (but not as warm as in Turkey).

You can walk to neighboring towns. There are supermarkets, cafes, a couple of clubs. But in general, the place is not a party place.
Everywhere is beautiful, clean, people are friendly. You can come back by taxi (they stand on the street) a fixed price to the hotel is 6 euros.

Weather

There is no sweltering heat even in August. The temperature is very comfortable. On the first day there was a very strong wind, almost a hurricane. But by morning he calmed down and the rest of the days were completely calm.
One day it was raining. In the morning it was very cloudy, even cold. But by lunchtime he passed and everything dried up instantly, again the sun and beauty.

Minuses

1. The main disadvantage of this place is a rather dreary transfer from the airport. We flew to Heraklion, Google showed 1.2 hours to the hotel by car, but in fact all four were driving. At first, other tourists were transported along the coast on the same bus. Then they were transferred to a minibus and taken to the hotel. It was tiresome with children during the day.
Friends rented a car directly from the airport and avoided it.

2. The monotony of food. Everything is delicious, but by the end of the week it starts to get boring.
For this reason, the hotel would not recommend for more than 7 days.

Gorgeous nature of island Greece, gentle sea, pleasant hotel staff, good internet.

In general, we are very satisfied with the rest, we definitely want to return to these places again.
