We travel a lot and see, we never scandal, we try to negotiate peacefully until they finally finish it, and Anissa surpassed everything she had seen before. Anissa Beach is a disgusting hotel, the service is beyond the zone of understanding, they will also deceive you with a smile and will not blink an eye, and in no way 4 *. We will not recommend to anyone. Firstly, this is a hotel for the Germans, our countrymen are settled in the so-called "ghetto" across the road from the main territory. Everything would be fine, and it’s quieter there, but such an obvious resettlement is simply incompatible with ethical standards, you won’t meet Germans there, for them there are numbers on the main territory. The shower cabin is so tiny that you will beat all parts of your body against the walls, the shelf on the wall and the accordion door; It will not be possible to STAND under the shower: it falls on your head or on your legs from an inappropriate holder for it; shampoo was given once upon arrival, shower gel is not given at all; when asked, they threw shampoo right on the bed, they didn’t bring us to the shower. Linen - it's hard to believe! - in 12 days they changed 2 times and then I had to strictly talk at the reception after SEVERAL requests: they smile, they let us come - they didn’t change the linen again - it’s frantic, like in a flea market, and not in a 4 * hotel: who wins!
And the smiling "beauty" in the jewelry store at the hotel! !... Sells fake stones and gold (checked in Moscow) and gives checks for which you will NEVER GET tax free at the airport !! ! In "restaurants" = canteens, they don't know how to cook at all: primitiveness and bad taste, indescribable, and there are no seafood at all, except for tuna that gets stuck in the teeth (and they manage to spoil it) - most likely, they cook from frozen semi-finished products with an incredible amount of fat in fried dishes , without first defrosting them - with a reeeeeeeeeee exception; do not expect that the tables will be refreshed every time, as a rule, only the crumbs will be brushed away, so you will eat on tablecloths with other people's stains and black hair in the dishes. If you want to eat grilled, then this is ONLY BY APPOINTMENT ONCE A WEEK in La Taverna, places may not be available, please note. We only managed to visit there once. There is no bar on the beach, animation sits there and gives out checkers, so you will carry drinks from the only bar around the pool that works during the day, and there is a oooooooooo queue, because. drinks only there during the day.
The beach is sandy, but the entrance to the sea is pebbly, and with considerable waves constant in this region, this is not very pleasant. By the way, we managed to swim in the sea 6 days out of 12: waves - and rescuers hang out a red flag and drive us out of the sea. Be careful with TV and air conditioning remotes: upon receipt, they take a deposit of 20 euros and give a piece of paper and do not warn that it must be kept; when you bring the remotes back, they will try not to return the money to you, because you did not return this paperwork! I had to once again demonstrate knowledge of non-literary English. AND THE ENTIRE HOLIDAY IN THIS TYPE OF 4-STAR HOTEL IS LIKE THIS! But the main thing that is unpleasantly striking in this hotel is that they will smile sweetly at you and try to deceive you all the time - a nasty feeling. Now decide whether it is worth spending your vacation and money to go to a place where they constantly try to deceive you, where you have to keep an eye on every step, where disgusting food, bad service and treatment that you do not deserve.
