Отвратительный отель Disgusting hotel

Rested with friends in mid-July in this hotel. The agency did not recommend this hotel to us, but we flew there anyway. The first thing we noticed was the COMPLETE lack of air conditioning at the reception, and this is when the temperature outside is 41 degrees in the shade!!!!! ! Okay, we thought not scary. . . we were settled and imagine our surprise when the air conditioner in the room worked barely, it’s easier to say it didn’t work at all. I had to take a second key without fail, so that the condo worked constantly. The room is creepy and uncomfortable. True, they cleaned well, daily wet cleaning, the staff didn’t touch anything, everything was fine. This hotel is all-inclusive, but at the same time, EVERYTHING is paid cocktails on site, soft martas near the pool will put on a sunbed, paid, even all sorts of games like billiards, ping-pong are paid. . . they took money for everything. A towel for a sunbed just to lie on it is also paid, and you leave a deposit of 15 euros and at the same time drip every day for a euro a day. . . it’s easier to buy for 5 euros in a store and carry it anywhere, but here you can’t even wear it to the beach !!!!! . The staff at the reception is unfriendly, very arrogant, they can give the impression that you are not around at all. The only thing we liked was the food. There was a lot of everything and it was delicious, everything was provided for everyone, BUT again. . . fruits were there in such small quantities as if they did not grow there at all. . . cut into the thinnest pieces!!! ! The wine was diluted with water, instead of juices there was a diluted childhood drink UPPI!! ! an indescribable terrible taste !!!!!! ! the road to the sea is a disaster too! it’s terribly hard because we were going uphill ! ! there is a bus at the hotel, which we have never seen and its time is mega inconvenient, at such hours as he went to the sea, people just don’t sunbathe, because it’s harmful !! ! Probably a little what we didn’t like ! ! The impression of the hotel is the worst !! ! I have been to many places, where I rested, BUT I have never seen such a HORROR!!!! !
