We were in Crete in mid-September, the weather is great, the sea is warm. The hotel is very good, all the staff are very friendly, there is a Russian-speaking staff. The food is excellent, the variety is only in the main menu. Fruits and desserts almost do not change, but also very tasty. I really wanted tea for dinner, but neither at lunchtime nor in the evening you will find it there in the main restaurant, this is the only negative. The territory is large, all blooming. Polo is played in the pool in the morning, water aerobics is held for women. The beach is about 5 minutes, but it's absolutely not annoying, for the lazy there is a free bus to the beach. The animation is calm, do not expect parties from this hotel, but you can go to Herosonises for other entertainment. We went there on a 3-hour free bus, returning on foot in the evening. We went on excursions to the Palace of Knossos and the Cretan evening. The Cretan evening was really impressive, I advise. In general, I really liked the rest, the hotel worked out its 4 stars. You should not expect luxury from Crete, they have a different culture, a peculiar one, which also needs to be felt.
