We lived in bungalows, we really like this type of accommodation, because they are away from the main building and resemble a separate Cretan village with white houses entwined with pink bougainvilleas.
The room is spacious, clean and with a lovely partial sea view. The room is cleaned every day, no complaints.
But most of all we were once again impressed by the sea. The water temperature in early July was 27-28 degrees, we swam for several hours without leaving the water. The beach is sandy, one of the best on the coast. Umbrella, sun loungers - free of charge. We had beach towels in the room upon arrival, and then they had to be changed at a certain time at the counter near the pool.
Food. . . there is probably nothing tastier than Greek food. The main restaurant has dishes for all tastes. We enjoyed breakfast with amazing Greek yogurt with fruits and nuts and dinner with Greek salad and different types of fish offered at the restaurant. In addition, there has always been a huge number of meat dishes: chicken, pork, lamb, duck, various side dishes and snacks. A separate table with sweets, cakes and various pastries.
Every day the hotel has a different animation. In the daytime, aqua aerobics, volleyball and football competitions were held in the main pool. And in the evening, once, we got on a live broadcast of the sunset from about. Santorini and after that decided that we really want to see this island with our own eyes. We met with our hotel guide and bought an excursion to Santorini with an air flight. I can say with confidence that this is an island of indescribable beauty with beautiful views of the caldera and the sea. We were impressed. Would like to go back there again.

The food in the restaurant is poor, monotonous and tasteless. Everything is over-salted, with unnaturally pink mayonnaise. Every day the same set of dishes: spaghetti with carbonarra sauce, salty snacks and salads, dry, juicy vegetables and fruits, questionable fish, meat resembling shoe soles. Bed linen is fresh, changed every other day, towels every day, but God forbid you look under the sheet, look at the mattress, he is older than my grandfather (see pictures).
And by the way, all the floors in the corridors are covered with carpets! on the third day we woke up at 7 am from the noise of a washing vacuum cleaner under the door, they decided to wash the carpets, the stench of damp dirty rugs stood for 3 days! overcame the distance along the corridor from the elevator to the room holding their breath.

Well, basically chicken with three different sauces, we cackled on the 3rd day. The most important thing is that there are only two islands with food and they are small, there is a queue for each dish, the crowd around these counters is unreal! everyone is crowding around, slamming plates of food at you. Now about the food system - 99% of the hotel residents with AI bracelets, like us with half board (breakfast, dinner) are very few! At breakfast, all drinks are available to you: as everywhere and always - invite-type powdered juices, tea bags, instant coffee from the machine. But for dinner, only water is already free, tea costs 2.5 euros (!!! ), but it looks like boiling water in a cup, stinking of bleach, and next to it is a bag with a finely chopped broom instead of tea, nothing to do with black tea to taste it has no swipes. The last straw was the found piece of a plastic bag in boiled rice, they called the waitress, we show him the find, and she declares to us in a blue eye - and yu shyur ??? ? no, damn it, we are not sure, we ourselves brought it with us and mixed it into rice! then she shrugged her shoulders and silently took away the plate, throwing its contents into the trash, and went about her business further, starently ignoring our table. We decided not to go to the manager, not to make a fuss, so as not to spoil our vacation completely. In general, on the third day we decided that we would no longer eat at the hotel! Well, in such a diet there is also a plus - in two weeks you will lose weight, build up!

Pools/sunbeds: at the time of our stay there were 1700 people in the hotel, in August there will be 2000. but even now, with the declared 7 pools (they counted both indoor and paddling pools for children), swimming in them was more like herring in a barrel! there are a third less sunbeds than there are people in the hotel! in the mornings, a bloodbath unfolded for sunbeds by the pools. On the first two days, having gone out to the pool by 9 am and not finding anything free, on the third I decided to get up early and take a seat. At 6 in the morning I went to the pool, I had 6 places left to choose from..... exactly 15-20 minutes later there were none. Attention to the question - are there among you lovers on your vacation to get up at 6 in the morning and jog with towels to the sunbeds? a few days later, queues of scandalous people began to line up at the reception in all languages of the world, that they had nowhere to lie down to sunbathe, the hotel administration did not find another solution to the problem, how to scatter leaflets in 5 languages around all the rooms that it was forbidden to book sunbeds! in the end, nothing has changed, there are really much fewer sunbeds than people! I can’t imagine what will happen in August, when there will be more people! in the end, the people were lying on the lawns right on the towels, and this is 5 stars??? ? (photo attached)

There are no animations at all (no discos, no evening shows) for 2 weeks we have not seen a single animator. In this hotel, I think the only plus is the good food, the food was very good and varied and very tasty. The sea is good, the beach too.
