" Reservation - does not care, like all people, we all make mistakes, in fact I think a hotel or travel agency (in our case, Pegasus) earns this way: it sells a ticket to this hotel, and then they take it to the other side. In addition to us, five more families "got" this way (only known to me, maybe more).
Pros: Food; Beach (large sandy); Animation (for 4 and not focused on Russians); everything is pretty compact.
Cons: Possible scam; rooms are cleaned poorly, so ants crawl in the room; someone bites at night (maybe ants, or maybe bedbugs, I counted 7 bites on myself in 10 days); there are not enough sun loungers (you need to take a seat at 6-6.30); can steal a beach towel; contingent - Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Germany, England, France and all with their own mentality, about 20% Russian speakers; no fitness; Internet is everywhere, but sooooo bad (although I received mail in the room and opened files).

You can and should go on excursions not through a tour operator, but through a "street agency", called "Ivan Susanin", located 15 minutes. walk from the hotel to the left side on the right hand, the price tag on Santorini is 112 Euros (for Pegasus - 160).
