Towels were changed once when asked at the reception how often towels should be changed and in response to 2 times a week we assured that nothing like this happened in 4 days. After 5 minutes, we had towels, except for towels under our feet. Shampoo and gel were not given until asked after a few days. What is important is not the fact that their shampoos are needed, but the attitude that the attendants see what is not available and will not do anything to make it available. In Egypt and Turkey, although this is not the European Union, everything was submitted and changed without a single reminder.
Food is good. In general, a good and quiet hotel for families. True, there were statements about food for children, it might be worth just taking it with you, but teenagers can live in peace and enjoy their vacation))) There are no animations at all.
