I rested with my girlfriend for a week at the Eri Beach Hotel in August. Not a bad four-star hotel, which is located in Hersonissos and a thirty-minute drive from the international airport. The hotel is for young people as it is close to the city and fun, but there were also many couples with children.
The territory of the hotel is large enough, there are three swimming pools, two of which are with sea water, not a large Aqua park, a playground for children.
The first coastline, the entrance to the sea is sandy, the beach is not big, but I have never met a sea of such beauty as in Crete, although I travel a lot, I fell in love with the Aegean at first sight.
The food is excellent, several types of meat, side dishes, vegetables, fruits, ice cream.
The hotel staff try to do everything so that the guest enjoys relaxing in their hotel, for which it is a separate plus, not everywhere you can meet such caring staff. The bartender works very smartly, the queue does not have time to accumulate, although by the time of our departure there were a lot of people in the hotel. Pools are cleaned constantly.
As for the room, it is absolutely simple, everything is there for a comfortable stay. Made in orange tones, there were two beds, a refrigerator, a telephone, a TV set, two cabinets. In general, I can’t say anything bad, everything worked properly, there was one moment when the phone didn’t work, but after contacting the reception, it was replaced. In general, we were very satisfied with our stay, the hotel is fully consistent with its price category.
