We rested at the Eva Mare hotel in early October 2011. The hotel is wonderful! A small family aparthotel, by the way 4 *, is located 20 km from Heraklion, in the village of Agia Pelagia, on a rather steep slope 100 meters from the sea. We booked a suite, its own and received.
Large room, divided into bedroom and living room. In the bedroom there is a canopy bed, a table with a kettle and tea accessories, wine glasses and glasses for water. There is a knife, no corkscrew. There is also a small sofa with pillows. Exit to the balcony.

The problem was solved so that the water flow to a minimum and after 20 minutes all the water safely went into the drain, and after half an hour the floor in the bathroom dried up by itself, since the bathroom has a window that we did not close. We also had a terrace with an exit from the living room, with a lawn, two thujas and a plant climbing along the wall, a metal table and three chairs. They didn’t put a dryer for us, like on other balconies, but we had a rope with clothespins (we are thrifty). There is a safe in the room, in the closet, for a fee. There are no beach towels, bring it with you or buy it in front of the hotel.

The hotel consists of two buildings, we lived in a freshly renovated building, with good rooms and a decent design. Our building was on a steep hill, many steps. Another building with smaller rooms (standard) overlooking the sea, with a small restaurant "Yamas" (To health), where breakfast was served, you can have lunch and dinner.
We had paid breakfasts. Breakfasts are normal: eggs, muesli, fresh cottage cheese, cheese, sausage, fresh pastries, biscuits, freshly baked bread, jam, honey, fruits, vegetables, tea, coffee, cocoa, milk o. Several times we dined and had dinner when too lazy to go somewhere. The dishes are good, the prices are normal. Beautiful interior, clean, comfortable!
