We also had a terrace with an exit from the living room, with a lawn, two thujas and a plant climbing along the wall, a metal table and three chairs. They didn’t put a dryer for us, like on other balconies, but we had a rope with clothespins (we are thrifty). There is a safe in the room, in the closet, for a fee. There are no beach towels, bring it with you or buy it in front of the hotel.
At the reception, Mario met us, escorted us to the room, carried the suitcase. A gift from the hotel - a coupon for a free carafe of wine in the hotel restaurant. Mario works at the reception and in the restaurant as a waiter. A pleasant, sociable person. We had no problems at the hotel, claims we don't have any!
The hotel area is small, there is a small swimming pool, a playground with sunbeds, a bar, tables with sofas, a playground. The hotel consists of two buildings, we lived in a freshly renovated building, with good rooms and a decent design. Our building was on a steep hill, many steps. Another building with smaller rooms (standard) overlooking the sea, with a small restaurant "Yamas" (To health), where breakfast was served, you can have lunch and dinner.
We had paid breakfasts. Breakfasts are normal: eggs, muesli, fresh cottage cheese, cheese, sausage, fresh pastries, biscuits, freshly baked bread, jam, honey, fruits, vegetables, tea, coffee, cocoa, milk o. Several times we dined and had dinner when too lazy to go somewhere. The dishes are good, the prices are normal. Beautiful interior, clean, comfortable!
The hotel is very quiet, I liked it very much! At the end of the Rent a car "Stop" building, a nice woman Georgia works there, we rented a car for 5 days, she gave us a map where she noted where to go, recommended interesting places. Wi-Fi, guys-neighbors talked on Skype.
We took a car with full insurance, Hyundai Accent for 160 euros. We drove 950 km, consumption 5.5 liters per hundred square meters. There were no problems! We didn’t get to Chania, it’s a bit far, well, nothing, next time!
