And there is just a chic separate area for romantic dinners and small parties. We arrived in the morning, we were immediately settled, although it was supposed to be at 14 o'clock. A pleasant Russian girl Irina works at the reception, who constantly helped us in everything, special thanks to her for her care and attention. Booked a Bungalow Deluxe with a garden view and a private pool and sunbeds. A small courtyard, lined with wild stone, a small fence and greenery. The suite itself is two-room, with a sofa in the living room and a huge bed in the bedroom. Finishing in a classic style, in white and blue tones, and wooden furniture in light brown. The room, as in principle throughout the territory, has free Wi-Fi Internet, has its own free safe, coffee / tea set, satellite TV with Russian channels, individual air conditioning and excellent shower cosmetics. As for cleaning, I can say that it is of the highest quality, and was carried out when we were not in the room. The towels are fluffy, the sheets were always crystal clean, even though they are changed on request, but this was not required. If we talk about the service, then it is of the highest level, starting with cleaning, and pumping waiters and masterpiece cuisine. I swim badly, rather afraid of the depths, and in this regard, the hotel was perfect for me here too. The beach is gentle, but not knee-deep. You can swim 150 meters, and there will be no special depth. It's great for kids to splash too. The water is such that you can see the bottom anywhere, from the shore itself, and at a depth. The beach is big, there was enough space for everyone. The cleanliness is perfect, in this regard, the whole hotel is like that. The sun loungers are comfortable, umbrellas, fine sand, in general, lovely. A separate chapter is nutrition. We took Al and it's amazing. All the restaurants of the hotel overlook the sea, well, how can you not enjoy it. Real restaurant food. Most of the products are locally produced, fresh and of the highest quality. At our request, the chef prepared a dish for us according to our personal request, excellent. We were able to dine for free in all the restaurants in the hotel, which we did with great success. The main restaurant changes its menu every day, and as it turned out, it is repeated only from 14 days, so we have not seen this. Themed evenings are held with Greek, Asian, Italian, Mexican, Cretan cuisines and even a seafood evening. A la Carte Ageri with a Mediterranean, Asian Sunset, surprised by the American-Italian En Lefko, a paradise intimate cozy corner with pavilions Prive, and two of the most stunning Uzeri sea taverns - Kafenio and gourmet restaurant Veranda. It makes no sense to describe everything that we tried, you have to feel it, but the dishes are amazing. The animation program is light, with live music and evening performances. No wild dances and noise. There is also a disco for kids, but also in a light version. The hotel has a complete relaxation, so for a noisy holiday you should not go here. Instead of one building, many stone bungalows with their own streets. Lots of flowers and neatly trimmed greens. They settled us without waiting for the standard 14 hours. Our room was a family bungalow with access to the sea, with its own pool and sun loungers. Everything is just super organized. The hotel has good friendly staff. Everyone is polite, smiling and always trying to please you in everything. The bungalows were cleaned daily. Cleaning quality, regardless of the tip. The furniture is not loose, with comfortable mattresses. Folding sofa and extra bed for children. There was enough space for the whole family. Two rooms, shower. There is free Wi-Fi, safe, minibar, several Russian channels. The towels in the room were changed every day, and for beach towels you have to leave a deposit of 10 euros for each. We are not the first time in Crete, but we got to this hotel by accident.

We make a polite but persistent scandal, as a result of which, after about 1.5 hours, we achieve accommodation in a normal room. The mood is ruined. In the process of dismantling and waiting, we met a young family of compatriots, they arrived 2 hours earlier, got the same situation when placing, they advised us to stand to the end. There were a lot of places in the hotel, but, apparently, they are trying to shove us Russians far away in order to have a reserve for Europeans, a kind of hidden discrimination. On the day of departure, a similar picture was observed: a young Russian woman with 2 children and a mother, who bought a tour from a well-known tour operator, with an expensive, large room, with a good view, stood at the reception in shock at the proposed small, dark room. How could I help with advice. I could not get the terrace to be wiped with something wet. In the period from 13.30 to 15.30 they tried to rest in the room from the heat, it was not always possible - cleaning was going on. Day 3, the lock on the door when closing worked only with a strong, loud slamming. They repaired it only after 3 repeated appeals, but rather, after complaints from neighbors. Otherwise, everything is fine: food, an atmosphere of complacency and slovenliness (in which the Greeks are very similar to us), weather, beach, crystal water and, of course, the island itself, which is a must to drive around (our rights are valid without international confirmation). The trip to Santorini is generally amazing. Mountain warm lake Kourna Lake is wonderful! Comparing with Cyprus, I will say the following: it is hotter there, the service and attitude are better, in my opinion, but Crete is more beautiful and interesting, and I explain the gouging of the Greek service by the fact that the influx of tourists from Europe is large, and some minor problems will be swallowed up in the process . In general, no matter what - all in Crete!

The food is delicious and varied. Good coffee is served at breakfast. The rooms are interesting and stylishly furnished. But there is one big BUT. The hotel has a disgusting air conditioning system. You can get into a bungalow where the air conditioner only drives warm air, because. there is not enough capacity of the system to supply cold water. We had to change a great big family bungalow overlooking the sea for a small house with a view. . . July after all. The air conditioner worked there, but from 3 am to 8 am they turned it off, apparently to save money. I had to get up and open the window. Here is such a thing. If that doesn't bother you, then everything else is fine.
