We had this situation!!! !
The tour operator from whom I bought the tour told me that you will arrive at the hotel earlier than the check-in time of 14.00, but you can stay on the premises to use the pool and have breakfast.
We arrived at the hotel with a child at 8 am
They couldn't check us in earlier because the hotel was full, well, ok, I knew about it.
But they didn't allow us to have breakfast, they didn't allow us to use the pool
And they didn't allow us to sit outside at a table! Answer: You will be able to use all this at 15:00 since check-in is at 15:00.
And until that moment you wait in the lobby or you can leave your suitcase and walk outside, but there is nothing on the territory!
I think this is already disrespect, I have vacationed in many countries and not one hotel allowed this, we are talking about 4.5 stars.
This hotel has a 4 star rating.

As a rule, when it disappears, I will pretend and sort it out, but no one will return anything to you, and you will simply be left with nothing.

4. The pool is separate, the photos simply do not correspond.
5. The buffet breakfast is also not corresponding to 4 stars. This is a 2-3 star breakfast.

We are only staying for two days!
