Stayed in June 2019. I got an excellent family room, behind the second pool, very quiet in the evening and at night (thanks to the girls at the reception). Cleaning standard, towels changed every day. The staff responds quickly to any requests: the refrigerator did not work - they told the reception - in half an hour they brought a new one, and also refueled the air conditioner on the same day. The food is excellent, the choice is huge for this category of hotel (meat is different for every taste, the assortment of cheeses is sufficient, seafood was also served, there is a choice of side dishes, vegetables and fruits), the guys in the dining room work very smartly, well done. For children, entertainment in the evening is stable: drawing, dancing - everything is fine, fun. The territory is huge, well-groomed, there is enough greenery. Slides for children of any age, my 8-year-old and adults flew with pleasure. The only negative in the whole holiday is the travel to the sea and back. You can go down: it takes 7-10 minutes and it did not bother us, but the children are reluctant to go back in the heat. The guy in the minivan (if this old car can be called that) drives like crazy, on the way he stops three times in the middle of the road, chats with the locals, and apparently didn’t teach the rules, but he makes remarks to passengers: “you can’t sit in front of the three of us, the police will fine him ", and the fact that he sits 10-12 people in the six places in the back, almost in piles - this is acceptable. Once we arrived at the designated starting point at 12:13, he picked up a full car and told us that there were no more places and the transfer was the finish line. I did not expect such impudence. When we went up to the hotel, he was already in a hat at 12:35 was standing on a tray with ice cream (at the same time, at that time, no one was craving ice cream from the children), just arrogance and disrespect for vacationers (it's written on his face). From the wishes of the administration - buy tractors with open trailers and take vacationers at a time, the problem will be solved immediately, but everyone knows that it is 800-1000 meters from the sea even before the trip (this is not a secret)!
