I think I should start with food, simply because it struck me the most and to the core! If you are used to an average buffet with a decent selection of dishes and a variety of servings, then you can simply forget about it here. Everything that you didn't eat today will be served to you again tomorrow. Apparently the guys work on the principle of "zero waste". Do you want meat? Not a problem! ! They will make you seven types of cutlets and call them differently. Sometimes, eating is simply not possible. Juices are disgusting, had to be diluted with water so that it was not so sour. Dishes deserve special attention. I don’t know how they wash it so that there are traces of the red lipstick of some nice lady on the coffee cups. Instruments have never been well washed.
Snacks. This is just some kind of tin! ! Even elementary cucumbers are simply dried up and shriveled, you just don’t recognize a pancake))
There are no complaints about the staff at all, super guys, incredibly sociable and pleasant. The same applies to the bar. One minus, my 15-year-old child was poured alcohol completely freely, the age of the children is not asked and this does not alarm anyone.

Now about the number. Upon check-in, we were told that our room was being renovated and we would be moved to another one a class higher and that in 2 days we would return to our room. The number that the first that the second is very dark. The first one (which is “better”) has a terrible shower, covered in mold, I didn’t get up with my bare feet and in no case allowed the child. At first I thought that I was nitpicking (5 stars I remind you). As a result, the girl at the reception brazenly deceived us by saying that the room is new and is located on the 1st floor. It can be seen that by the time we arrived, people had not yet been evicted.
Shower. This deserves a separate comment! No matter how I tried to switch it to a watering can, everything was just useless. As a result, I had to take the key from the room into service and open it. By the way, the room is designed for people with disabilities! ! Speaking of the key. He was metal. Such a simple key, but you just can’t turn on the light with it. The water did not come out of the sink well and something constantly stank.
Now about pluses. I thought I would never get to them.
These are people. The staff is just wonderful, both at the reception and in the hotel in general. Thanks a lot to the girl who cleaned the rooms! ! Just smart. All the time that we stayed here they helped, when they forgot both of these unfortunate keys in the room, they opened it very quickly.
I really liked the fitness room, there were no people, like a queen on a treadmill))
