The hotel was chosen, as they say, for old times' sake. We have stayed at this hotel several times with our family. Everything has changed for the worse. Plumbing and air conditioners in the rooms are out of order and need to be replaced. The hotel technicians are helpful, but the equipment is very old. The restaurant no longer has a beautiful presentation of dishes, it resembles a dining room, limited selection of dishes, dishes are not tasty, fruits are limited and of poor quality.

The head waiter in the restaurant does not know languages, cannot communicate with visitors.
The pool bar also leaves much to be desired: many drinks are excluded from the all incl system, the bartenders are unprofessional. We went on an excursion - we were given a Lanche box, which had absolutely nothing in it. It seems that the hotel saves on everything. The director of the hotel gives the impression of being abnormal: he constantly runs around the hotel with a walkie-talkie and shouts at everyone.
The staff looks harassed, not smiling like they used to.
Despite the considerable money paid, the rest was not joyful. The hotel continues to exist due to its location, a beautiful building, the style of the entire hotel and a very pleasant Beauty Spa.

I think I should start with food, simply because it struck me the most and to the core! If you are used to an average buffet with a decent selection of dishes and a variety of servings, then you can simply forget about it here. Everything that you didn't eat today will be served to you again tomorrow. Apparently the guys work on the principle of "zero waste".

Dishes deserve special attention. I don’t know how they wash it so that there are traces of the red lipstick of some nice lady on the coffee cups. Instruments have never been well washed.
Snacks. This is just some kind of tin! ! Even elementary cucumbers are simply dried up and shriveled, you just don’t recognize a pancake))
There are no complaints about the staff at all, super guys, incredibly sociable and pleasant. The same applies to the bar. One minus, my 15-year-old child was poured alcohol completely freely, the age of the children is not asked and this does not alarm anyone.
Now about the number. Upon check-in, we were told that our room was being renovated and we would be moved to another one a class higher and that in 2 days we would return to our room. The number that the first that the second is very dark. The first one (which is “better”) has a terrible shower, covered in mold, I didn’t get up with my bare feet and in no case allowed the child. At first I thought that I was nitpicking (5 stars I remind you). As a result, the girl at the reception brazenly deceived us by saying that the room is new and is located on the 1st floor. It can be seen that by the time we arrived, people had not yet been evicted.
Shower. This deserves a separate comment! No matter how I tried to switch it to a watering can, everything was just useless. As a result, I had to take the key from the room into service and open it. By the way, the room is designed for people with disabilities! ! Speaking of the key. He was metal. Such a simple key, but you just can’t turn on the light with it. The water did not come out of the sink well and something constantly stank.
Now about pluses. I thought I would never get to them.
These are people. The staff is just wonderful, both at the reception and in the hotel in general. Thanks a lot to the girl who cleaned the rooms! ! Just smart. All the time that we stayed here they helped, when they forgot both of these unfortunate keys in the room, they opened it very quickly.

Very nice upscale hotel! The pastry chef there is just a man who loves his job! The area is very well maintained. The location is just perfect! I was very lucky that I was given this trip and had a chance to live there. There are literally two steps to the local village and it is full of shops, has its own church and a small pier.

The sea is a stone's throw from the hotel. Bathed all day long. Beach chairs were free. In the morning you could take a couple of glasses of champagne for breakfast and go to the beach! Fairy tale)

We liked it very much, even then we looked for hotels of this format in other places - the city + all family services. Yes, the territory is not very big and the pool too. But the rooms are spacious, the beach is good and under the window you can say everything is beautiful and delicious.

Location and cuisine - most of all affected the assessment. Beach, pool, decor for an amateur (although I feel comfortable in this). The chef in the restaurant is positive, constantly smiling, only the question arises whether that chef tried scrambled eggs or a bun fried in the same egg for breakfast (if he tried, he would stop smiling), tiger prawns or a sea cocktail is nothing more than an imitation of crab sticks ( in Greece they would be ashamed to offer such a thing), for dinner, cold snacks resemble a program - "if you have an empty refrigerator, then you can cook something from what is left from dinner", and I haven’t tried pasta of hard varieties for a long time - only in this 5 star boutique hotel! I note that all this "beauty" is worth very much. The hotel administration is also very friendly to you, in the evening, asking for a knife to cut tomatoes, I was advised to go up the hill to the store and buy everything you need there, because that store is open until 24 hours and if I quickly hit the road there for a knife, I will be in time, but they smile! when choosing a hotel, I always read reviews, and if five positive ones come across one bad one, I conclude that this is probably a biased tourist, to be honest, I’m not spoiled in life, I just don’t like it when they openly lie, the hotel pulls on 3 stars maximum .

There were also vegetables and boiled meat for the child, at our request they made chicken broth. The drinks at the bar by the beach are real, imported. Good cognac, champagne and wine. There is animation, but not very active, there is also a children's room, in the evening they hold a mini disco, it is carried out very well. The beach at the hotel is large, small pebbles, sunbeds are free, only pay a deposit of 20 euros for a towel. Wi-Fi throughout for free. Works, but not always. But you don’t have to go specifically to the lobby to connect, it’s convenient. The same signal in the room and on the beach. The rest is calm, there are many families with children, children run around, rejoice, get to know each other.

Meals for 5+!! ! The beach is great!! ! Sand and small pebbles here and there. Greek evenings were arranged. Well, in May we were not lucky with the weather: out of 14 of our days, the sun was 5 days. The sea, of course, is cold. The first time I ventured to swim on the 13th day. You need to go there in early June, not earlier.
