The hotel is terrible. But everything is in order.
They brought us to this hotel, after a wonderful 5-day sightseeing tour of Greece, in the evening, after 22.00. Got a room and barely alive, dragged to the 3rd floor. They entered the room, looked around, and were dumbfounded. The whole floor is dusty, cobwebs in the corners, dead bugs, hair in the shower........ In short, horror. It feels like this room has not been cleaned for two or three weeks. They came to the reception, asked to clean it up, the aunts came running quickly, cleaned it somehow and left. The next day, we more strongly "asked" to clean the room, when we returned from the beach, everything was as it was, in addition, it still stank of bleach, such as "tulle", and it was cheerful on the window, the door never closed, etc.
The day before the end of the holiday, we went to the reception twice and asked that in the morning, the next day (we left at 5.50 in the morning), they helped us carry our bags to the bus. We were assured that they would help. When we came to the reception in the morning, we heard the answer "500 people rest here, if I take out bags for everyone..... " Kapets! Why was it necessary to promise???? , We would have put things in a different way, and carried them out twice, and so, with my sore back, I had to drag everything myself. We were ready to pay, as elsewhere. But there is no porter in this hotel, no one was going to help, even for money. At the same time, the administrator behaved somehow strangely, all the time on the verge of rudeness. By the way, there are still some very steep steps at the exit to the road. Keep this in mind. The only plus of this hotel is the chef, everything was delicious. True, it is not clear why tomatoes for salad are cut immediately for a day, and they already look like they don’t want to take them. And this despite the fact that the tomatoes there are very tasty.

The hotel administrator, nevertheless, decided to go out to the road and take us. While asking, "how did you like the hotel? ". When I told him what I think about this hotel, he was very surprised and offended, it feels like people do not see what is happening under their noses.
Summary: the hotel administration does not control the work of its subordinates and does everything to ensure that people who have been here for the first time never come back here.
In general, Greece is a wonderful country. I have been to many places and did not think that something else could surprise me. I advise everyone to take the "Classic Greece" tour in Greece - well, it's very cool. Thank you very much to "AMBOTIS" for a fabulous tour, for the best guide Irina, who gave us a piece of her love for Greece. For the first time, it was felt that this tour was not composed formally and in such a way that Greece struck with its majesty and beauty and remained in memory forever. Thank you very much again.
